Customer service was horrible. The lady taking my order clearly wasn’t listening because I had to repeat myself. All it takes is to be nice and not have an attitude. The atmosphere in there was horrible. My boyfriend and I ordered the wing deal and the lady didn’t mention to us the deal they were having.

I did that immediately and still haven’t gotten a single response. Zero accountability, zero customer service, and a complete waste of my time and money.

We ordered thru the Wingstop app for delivery. The wrong flavor was delivered. When I called this location I was told I had to return the food to get the correct flavor. He then said “listen brother if you don’t return the food I can’t do anything about it.” When I explained I wasn’t going to drive up there to return the food when I paid to have it delivered he said “ brother you got your food so just eat it.” When I asked for his name he said I don’t have to give that to you then hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

Shameful customer service. Order took over an hour, total disregard for the guest, as I inquired several times via the phone what was going on and they were extremely dismissive. The dasher waited there for over 35 minutes alone and said the store was empty and they were just on their phones. Seems to be what most the other reviews say as well. One of the worst Wingstop's I've encountered. and once I did get the food it was dry, forgot the sauce and used an incorrect flavor choice on one of the sandwiches. For a 50 dollar order it was reprehensible. Do not order from here.

I'm a local. Absolutely terrible service. Wait times are never honored. Staff is rude and make it you're the problem. DO NOT GO
The service was slow and the cashier seemed like they didn't want to be there or maybe they do not have any human emotions. There were 2 tables being used as trash bins. Customers were leaving their trash on those 2 tables. Crazy and funny.

Was told my delivery order was still working and had some time behind it by the manager on duty. I waited 30 minutes to find out that the order had already been picked up by someone else. The manager refused to speak to me about it after wasting my time, losing money as a result.
