The youngest staff female member that’s in the front with her phone. All the time is very rude and doesn’t really care if you’re waiting and and only a company people that she’s friends with to make time for them along with I think they overseas my fries when I went to go ask for another one they said I have to bring the old one back silly cause it was so salty. I think I got sick. My stomach was upset the whole day And I think I got a bit of diarrhea anyways I think the staff is lacking customer service and being rude to customers and having them wait long periods, it’s not professional at all. I just wanted to remake of my food or just a refund either way it would be better than having to deal with the rudeness of these individuals and young people working there

How is wingstop still a thing? I loved them so much precovid, but ever since, I have not had a good experience. We had a coupon that stated their location and everything and they would not accept it. The staff were friendly but had little knowledge of the job. Had to request plates and more. The worker had to go in a back room for each item.

I tried this place another time to give it a try. Everytime I go here they give food that isn’t fresh. Today I came and the fries were old. I asked them to make a fresh batch and they took the old fries and threw them back in the fry basket. It sucks cause I really love Wing Stop but after three times of ordering crap I won’t return to this one. Go the extra miles and go to the one in Pensacola. They are always on point!

I ordered through DoorDash late Friday night and whoever made my order needs a raise. The fries were heavenly, the wings were astoundingly good and the customer service was amazing. 10/10 would order at this location again

Worst rudest restaurant owner in history. Refuses to place doordash orders to certain drivers when the app specifically gives instructions to do so. He should realize that living and working in America is a great privilege!!

Managers and staff are rude , no greeting, I WALKED IN EVERYONE IS SCROLLING ON THEIR PHONE!
rude comments made by the so called manager as I was standing waiting. Also refused to give name of manager ! Something shady must going on at this location. Definitely will be going to corporate on this one !

came in at 12:20 am they close at 1 am the lady said “no just tell them we closed” to the guy in back. i am mad. i wanted wingstop reallllllll bad. like ok y u closed 30 mins before they say boi.

I’ve been to this Wingstop three separate times in a three-hour period while DoorDashing, and every visit was the same disappointing experience. On my first pickup, the sweet tea and Coke were both out. I had to message the customer multiple times to switch their drink because each option they chose was unavailable.

An hour later, on my second order, the exact same drinks were still out. No one had changed the nozzle or addressed the issue.

Another hour after that, during my third pickup, the sodas were still out—and now the ice machine was empty too.

When I politely mentioned that this was my third visit in three hours and that the machines still hadn’t been fixed, the staff brushed me off. A group of younger employees reacted negatively, and the woman at the counter told the customers behind me to “ignore him,” even though I wasn’t angry and was simply pointing out an ongoing issue. I also couldn’t get a clear answer on whether certain drinks were out, possibly due to a language barrier.

For a location that handles a large number of DoorDash orders, keeping drinks filled, maintaining the ice machine, and communicating respectfully with customers should be basic expectations.

If management has any doubt about how this situation unfolded, I strongly suggest reviewing the lobby cameras and audio from the time of these visits. The video will clearly show what happened . 930 pm

The key word in the name of this place, is STOP. If you are in the mood for wings and arrive at this place, STOP, turn around , walk away and go somewhere else. Small dried up crap wings like you would get from a pizza delivery place that ventured into selling wings they have no business in.

Food is good as usual but girl at front cash was rude and seemed like she couldn’t care less. Asked for a sandwich and all she said was “no sandwich”. We asked how much something as and she pointed at menu without saying a word. Rude and food took ages to come out
