First time going to a wing stop that does not have boneless wings (lunchtime during the work week). They were out of boneless wings and tenders.The staff get a kick out talking and making fun of customers… they think no one else understands the dialect they are using… But hey enjoy the stop!

I ordered 25 wings, bone-in 12 Korean, 7 barbecue and 6 regular original all mild. After I got home in Crestview I didn’t get wings, I got what looks like bites or nuggets and that costs me$30+! Never again!

Wings were floating in oil. ? Ordered regular and boneless wings and both had so much oil, I could have cooked a whole meal using the oil provided in my wings.

Wings were pretty good. Buried in our celery and carrots were half eaten pieces! I don't know what else to say. Hope they didn't drop our wings on the floor.

To start off food was great as always with Wingstop. Now as for everything else it’s awful. Lady at the front has an extremely rude attitude for no reason, I asked if they had straws and she looked at me with a dirty look and she said “No straws” they also had no trash cans so there was tables with just trash on them. She had such a rbf she should no be working in customer service. Will not be going back here and I recommend nobody to come here as unless you want to be experience rudeness and like to eat at a filthy restaurant.

We just came from that restaurant with my daughter, and the man who we suppose that made service was extremely rude. Don’t let us order infact refuse our order because we didn’t order in time. He was so rude to my daughter (13 years old ) because she is the first time we were, they where Was not completely nice. He kicked me and my daighter and threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave The other workers were so impressed because we didn’t do nothing and they should close that restaurant forever for horrible service!!!!!!

I used to frequent this establishment quite often. But the staff had continually gotten worse over the years. They don't welcome you, when you come into the building. I definitely go alot less due to the rudeness.

Big, Big, Mistake.., This is our first time and only time visiting any Wing Stop. Dirty tables no trash cans for guest to bus there table. Boneless chicken wings are really seasoned breading with tiny pieces of chicken. The Fresh Cut French Fries were very good. The staff was acceptable for service, However my wife & I stomach are telling us Big, Big, Mistake. Been there done that ain’t going back.
They didn't have wings!! We had chicken sandwiches and they made out stomachs ache (fries were good). All of the drinks were nasty (i dont know how your drink fountain is gross but it was). The restaurant wasn't very clean. Customer service was non-existent. Family of 4 spending $50+, we should have gone to chickfila for a better.... everything

Food wings are good and all but everytime I order here and drive all the way from Fort Walton, and convince myself into buying a 20oz cup, I immediatly regret it and get grossed out. THEY DO NOT CLEAN THEIR SODA/ICE MACHINE. It is visibly caked with greenish-brown stuff. I dare you to get a napkin and rub each soda nozzle and see it for yourself. The ice machine is clear and obvious seen. paying customers should not be walking out with empty cups because they're too disgusted to fill their cups up with ice and drinks. Do better please. This is the 3rd time and I'll now make sure not to get any meal with drink cups from them. ??
