I have been to many McDonald’s throughout my life, and I have never had an experience this bad. My order was incorrect, and the shift leader/manager a female employee working on Sunday the 14th at around 5:00 PM was extremely rude. All we wanted was to be treated with respect and to receive the correct order, and we got neither. Her behavior was completely unprofessional.

The location is convenient. My only qualm was the speed of service. I was the only person in the drive thru. From start to finish it took about 15 minutes to receive my order (which was only 2 non complicated items) The staff however, were kind and professional. Thank you.

I went to McDonald’s to get the Grinch promotion that comes with a pair of Grinch socks. When I got home, I realized the socks were not inside the box. After we ate, I returned to the restaurant to request the socks that were missing from my order. The manager, Mariah, insisted that she had personally placed the socks in the box, implying that I was lying. I explained again that the socks were not included and that I had no reason to lie over two socks, my son was at home waiting for them. Even so, she refused to give me the socks and continued insisting she had put them in, while also mocking me. It was an extremely unpleasant experience, especially due to the disrespectful attitude. I hope the store improves its customer service, especially in situations that are simple to resolve.

Last night A friend of mine received bad service at this location the food was cold so he requested to remake the food and the manager by the name of Margarita snatched the bag from my friend's hand very nasty and very disrespectful and uncalled. I've tried to call to speak to the GM and I have not been able to get through on the phone I understand that this may be a busy location but there's no reason for the snatching of the bag because of customer complaints about their food not being hot after they asked for fresh made to order. She was more worried about her drive-thru being held back instead of asking for my friend to pull forward and remake the food instead she caught an attitude and snatched the bag. I mean that would've been the correct thing to do as a manager!

I tried to go through the drive through when they were open and the two women in there just stared at me in my car? The drive thru wasn’t closed so idk???
Service was super fast for curbside pick up. Food was hot. Fries hot and fresh. Everything I ordered was in the bag. Really good McDonald's.
