IN Horrible service, they gave us an incomplete order and it took them more than 15 minutes to deliver the missing chips. The drinks tasted horrible, they didn't even taste like Coca Cola. I also ordered a happy meal and they didn't bring us the toy, which made my niece very sad. When I asked at the counter, they responded that they didn't have anything, with a dismissive attitude and disregarding my claim. In addition, the employee left me talking to myself, so I asked to speak to the manager and all the employees ignored me. Terrible service and very low quality food for McDonald's standards. I would not recommend going to this specific location even to my worst enemy. This is the closest drive-thru to where I live (options are limited) and the food here is consistently SO GREASY that any burger you get soaks through the wrapper, through the box, through the bag, and onto whatever the bag sits on; this is every time, and its not just a little bit, its A LOT.... I don't know why this location drowns their food in grease, but it's so gross and unnecessary. Gave service a 4 since they don't mess up the orders though, so that's a perk.
I drive for a living and I eat McDonald’s pretty frequently. This place has something going on very positive. They are playing worship music inside very nice very thoughtful and very relaxing. Praise God hallelujah
Woman working at 1am was unbelievably stubborn, rude, and confrontational. If she were my employee, I would fire her immediately. Waited 30 mins for my curbside order while I watched her go back and forth through the window. Tired of waiting, I went through the drive thru. She handed me a a bag that was missing half my order. She says, isn’t that what you ordered?! Then tried to gaslight me into believing my order was already picked up 30 minutes ago. Luckily another crew member showed up but they made me pull up and then she walked out a few minutes later, handed me my bag, and walked away immediately. By the time I checked it and realized it was STILL missing part of my order, she was long gone.
