I have come many times, they always serve well and the ice creams are very very good, my son likes them a lot, but I think I never get all the flavors as advertised, for example 1 month ago there was no lollipop, about 2 months ago there was no mango , and today I said I'm going to have a coffee and the machine was bad and my son asked for a flavor and they didn't have it either. I only give constructive criticism that sometimes it is difficult to have everything but if they only sell ice cream and coffee I think it is important to have what they promote. That's why I give it 4 stars, otherwise they are a very good company, as I said before, they always provide good service and that is very important.

Sunday, November 12, 2023, the service was TERRIBLE, the girl who served us was not very friendly when we arrived and when we told her that the hazelnut ice cream tasted like pure ice, as if it were shaved ice, she told me that I was the first to say it, when Clearly in the reviews that I just read there are several people complaining about the same thing, I asked him to please change it and he said he couldn't, I had to tell him that as a customer I didn't like the taste because it was watered down and his duty was to solve it, so finally he did it with the worst attitude, I will definitely NOT COME BACK!!!
