I don't know why +58 is averaging 4.2/5. The quality is dramatically higher than Starbucks, $6.25 for a latté, and $6 for a croissant. The baked goods taste like they were made from scratch. Ambiance is beautiful. Wallpaper and Christmas decorations are elegant. Amazing customer service.

Not a good experience at +58 Gourmet El Doral location. The new owner was very rude and treated our group poorly during our recent visit. The level of disrespect was shocking; we were a group of ladies trying to have a good time while recognizing the great professional career of one of us. The place was almost empty, we were paying for our items and not bothering anyone. We like to meet in local stores to support the community, but we felt uncomfortable and we left; moving our celebration to a different restaurant (by the way, they were happy to host us). Hopefully she will realize we were only trying to support her business and having a good time; we live and we learn: next time, Hopefully, she will give the service and respect her clients deserve.

Disappointing experience and poor customer service. There were at least five of us waiting outside for over 20 minutes. The employee inside didn’t even acknowledge us , not a look, not a word. If your listed opening time is 7 AM, the least you could do is either open on time or step out to inform customers of the delay. A simple gesture or explanation goes a long way. Instead, we were all left standing there, completely ignored. Terrible service … and just like that, you lost over five potential customers. (Saw all of them heading to Publix instead.)

Nice place, but not reliable with opening hours. I’ve shown up multiple times around 7 AM — their listed opening time — and found them closed. This seems to be a recurring issue, which is frustrating.
