This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at 58 Gourmet, located at 7520 NW 104 Ave, Unit 106, Doral, FL 33178. We waited patiently for over 5 minutes while the employee finished inventory. When someone cut in front of us, the employee ignored us completely and chose to help them instead. Even after we clearly stated that we were waiting first, the employee at the register made no effort to correct the situation or acknowledge the mistake. To make matters worse, when we asked for his name, he was adamant about not giving it. That level of disregard and lack of accountability is unacceptable. We left without being helped. I absolutely do not recommend this place and won’t be returning.

I don't know why +58 is averaging 4.2/5. The quality is dramatically higher than Starbucks, $6.25 for a latté, and $6 for a croissant. The baked goods taste like they were made from scratch. Ambiance is beautiful. Wallpaper and Christmas decorations are elegant. Amazing customer service.

Not a good experience at +58 Gourmet El Doral location. The new owner was very rude and treated our group poorly during our recent visit. The level of disrespect was shocking; we were a group of ladies trying to have a good time while recognizing the great professional career of one of us. The place was almost empty, we were paying for our items and not bothering anyone. We like to meet in local stores to support the community, but we felt uncomfortable and we left; moving our celebration to a different restaurant (by the way, they were happy to host us). Hopefully she will realize we were only trying to support her business and having a good time; we live and we learn: next time, Hopefully, she will give the service and respect her clients deserve.
