Disappointing experience and poor customer service. There were at least five of us waiting outside for over 20 minutes. The employee inside didn’t even acknowledge us , not a look, not a word. If your listed opening time is 7 AM, the least you could do is either open on time or step out to inform customers of the delay. A simple gesture or explanation goes a long way. Instead, we were all left standing there, completely ignored. Terrible service … and just like that, you lost over five potential customers. (Saw all of them heading to Publix instead.)

Nice place, but not reliable with opening hours. I’ve shown up multiple times around 7 AM — their listed opening time — and found them closed. This seems to be a recurring issue, which is frustrating.

Couldn’t try food. Came in at 7:40am. The operating hours say it opens at 7:00am, but it was closed. Not really sure why they cannot update operating hours.

Unfortunately I felt cheated, I ordered a small cappuccino and they served it in a small Cortadito glass and charged me almost $5 for that miniature…. I'm not coming back.
Upset…. Terrible service… I reserve ham bread by phone, and then when I pick it up the girl informs me “that there is no more bread that was sold”…. Add to that, when I ask for an explanation, the girl asks me to get out of the line because she can't do anything for me…. Note: After driving 20 minutes from my house to this place… It's a shame how they lose clients…

I have had the opportunity to go to this place for a long time, and they have lowered the quality of their food. I ate some profiteroles and they were old, the 3 leches cake was tastier. The treatment was previously very friendly, this time it was quite apathetic, in fact they found a box of coffee products behind a piece of furniture, they said who knows how long it has been there and without checking or changing the product they put it back on the tables, it was to order more food for the house when I saw that I stopped and left.
Previously I ate the very delicious little pieces, the stuffed rolls, the sweet bread.
