Hotel was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean! The GM Freddy was very helpful with assisting us in the reservation process!! The breakfast staff was very helpful and the food was good. We will definitely be back!
In Miami for a conference and this was one of the conference hotels. I am glad I chose it. The room was clean and neat - no complaints. Sophie was friendly and helpful, even pronounced my Greek name correctly, and Steve drove me to shopping a couple of times. Breakfast was as expected - plentiful and good. Now if you could do something about the weather... Kudos to all!

Arrived there for lunch, Yidier my server was very helpful. Gave me excellent service, same goes to his coworker inside the restaurant. Front Desk young lady & Steve was helpful too. Love the Fusion refreshment stand, so helpful during this hot season. I ordered a Street Burger (it comes with a fried egg) and Chocolate Explosion. I noticed a hotel guest who is white Hispanic male with short brown hair, wearing glasses...
