I haven’t had a pretzel in years and I’m glad I had one recently at Auntie Anne’s. The sweet almond pretzel was so good, it changed my life. I will return!

When I finished paying my mini pretzel dogs fell down some on the floor some on the counter, I asked Yesica M to please exchanged the pretzel dogs for another one since those were contaminated she said NO….. what kind of human being does that!! I can’t give dirty food to my special needs kids!!! She didn’t help me with respect Yesica was rude since I stepped in the kiosk…. I decided to return everything Bad customer service!! Yessica doesn’t know how to treat people!!! Bad customer service!!!!!

My pretzel have a hair and Mr. Edgar from the branch said I was lying and had a bad attitude when I just told him what I could do. And I was feeding my little daughter from there.

Tonight, the worst experience in this place, I was verbally abused by the manager just for letting her know that the almond pretzels were burnt, she became rude. It is unfortunate that a franchise like this has such abusive, rude and poorly educated employees, it is obvious that they are not She is the owner and the business does not hurt her.

The boss (or at least the person I think is the boss) was very rude when I expressed concern that my almond pretzel was very hard and burnt. I asked for a refund and she was very condescending about it too! His name started with a J or a Y, I'm not sure. Terrible customer service!!

Got the cinnamon bites so glad they properly covered with cinnamon sugar last time I went there was no sugar on my bites and they were kinda burnt I should’ve gotten a refund.
