The boss (or at least the person I think is the boss) was very rude when I expressed concern that my almond pretzel was very hard and burnt. I asked for a refund and she was very condescending about it too! His name started with a J or a Y, I'm not sure. Terrible customer service!!

Got the cinnamon bites so glad they properly covered with cinnamon sugar last time I went there was no sugar on my bites and they were kinda burnt I should’ve gotten a refund.

Undoubtedly the worst Auntie Anne's. The prior reviews must be true. I stopped by and ordered a raisin Pretzel, priced at $3.89. The cashier proceeds to say, I'll just charge you for a pepperoni Pretzel. It costs $xxxx more, is that okay? I told her no. The price is clearly labeled on the menu board, why are you trying to charge me more? Cashier: "oh, it's only $xxxx more". It doesn't matter if it was 1 Penney more. Why would she try to knowingly overcharge me?! That is NOT okay.

Apparently there's frequent visitors and the girl that works here is completely terrible. I saw her interaction with one lady and it just was completely rude. Attitude is everything, she needs training. No customer service..... as much as I love this place I walked away...

RUDE staff; LAZY staff. Out of many food items and wasn't planning to make any more. The simple pretzel was stale and old tasting.

So at 9:29pm I tried to buy 2 pretzel dogs that they were trying to put away I guess to close & I run up to the blonde guy & tell him to please sell them to me & rudely he tells me their closed. I’ll be calling corporate on him since apparently he doesn’t care for his job. Worse customer service.
