I recently tried the experience, which features screens setting different environments and a projector highlighting the food. The four-course meal with four drinks felt reasonably priced, and the cocktails were delicious. The food was good but not exceptional.
My main issue was with the staff and timing. The projector shows when the food should be served before the next scene starts as is describes the food and how relates to the scene but this was not the case with the exception of the first course which was kind of a bummer.
Overall, it’s a fun concept, but the timing needs improvement. Still worth trying if you're after something unique.

Long rant because this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Yesterday, my girlfriend & I went for Valentine’s Day & of course I understand Valentine’s Day is a busy holiday ! We made reservations for 9:15pm & we arrive at 9 pm to see the line all the way out the door of people who were waiting for 45mins-1 hour to be sat. We went to go talk to the hostess in regards to how we have reservations & the host didn’t speak English at all so he didn’t understand anything I was saying to him. Another customer had to translate for me because he didn’t speak English and got upset I didn’t understand him. Moving forward, we wait in line to be sat. In this long line we’re in they’re not even calling names or checking for reservations. Most restaurants, if you have a reservation and there’s a wait, they call out your name in THE ORDER OF THE TIME OF YOUR RESERVATION. Nope, they didn’t do that they were just letting us in, in the line we formed ourselves. People were cutting and being sat who had not waited in line. We waited an hour to finally get our table. As people who came AFTER us get seated. We finally get seated it’s about 10pm. they didn’t clean the table, the people got up & they sat us he wiped it with a napkin in front of our faces & said “here”. We just blew it off because we were happy to be sat. Again, we understand it’s Valentine’s Day & it’s busy. So, we weren’t rushing a server to come see us because we know they had a lot to do so we were being respectful. 10 minutes go by and that’s fine. 30 minutes go by & no one still has even came to say a word to us. I had to wave down a server myself and say “hey I’m sorry we’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes and no one has came to talk to us”. She was very polite and assisted us immediately. We order 2 waters, 2 alcoholic drinks, sushi, and 2 rice bowls. The time right now is 10:30. She comes back about 15 minutes later with our alcoholic drinks & 10 minutes after that we got our rice. So we still don’t have our sushi nor our waters. Time goes by, we finished our drinks and most of our rice. She didn’t check on us very often because she had other tables and it was hard to flag her down. so we had to address another server for our waters to please ask her can we get our water. Time now is almost 11. I finally get to her and ask for our waters and she brings them out at 11:15. But still no sushi. The most frustrating thing about this is EVERY PERSON in the room had their sushi BUT us. People who had just got sat got multiple rolls at their table delivered to them but ours NEVER came. As we had ordered it at 10:30 !!!!! My last straw was when the people right next to us got sat, got their drinks immediately within being sat for 5 minutes, got their food within 10 minutes and even got seconds all before we got our food we ordered almost an hour ago. Time now is 11:30 I had been here for 2 hours now waiting. I walk up to the server myself and tell her how people after us have gotten their food and others have gotten multiple and we NEVER received ours. I politely asked her to take it off the bill because I wasn’t going to be waiting another 30 minutes for it to almost be 3 HOURS I had been there for sushi. I get my bill at 11:40 and we leave.
Restaurant definitely needs better management and better organization when it comes to servers with their tables. Also DEFINITELY needs to manage their reservations better. They know they do not have that many tables so they shouldn’t allow 70+ reservations to be made for the same times if they know THEY DONT HAVE THE SPACE OR THE PROPER STAFF. Totally ridiculous how me and my girlfriend waited almost 3 hours just for our entire order and others had only been there for 20 and got everything they needed. Terrible first time experience.

I usually leave my opinion of the restaurants, cities and countries I go to. How bad it was today, February 14, 2025 "The Experience", so bad it was that 2 people left the table without paying. Poor coordination with the service and sound, you couldn't hear the sounds from the screens because the music they had on the other side of the restaurant was very loud and was separated by a simple curtain. They should put in sound proof glass doors. We didn't drink liquor and they still charged us full price. We had to wait more than 20 minutes to have something because they served drinks but NOTHING to us, they didn't even offer us water. Finally we had to get up to order passion fruit juice and it was terrible. It was supposed to be $100 per person plus tax and plus the "MANDATED" 18% service charge, which was mediocre. They charged us $250 in total.
Apologies are not enough, and the excuse that they were full today is NOT a customer problem. I was Manager of 2 restaurants in Miami and restaurants MUST be PREPARED for dates like today, or Mother's Day!
It is UNACCEPTABLE the delay, the bad service, and that one pays for "The experience" and what one gets is the bad time for so much money 💰
The mini Baku Salad had NO flavor. The 3 mini fish balls are dry, they should put some sauce on them. The 4 sushi rolls were nothing extraordinary. The meat arepita a little cold and nothing extraordinary. Dessert 1 scoop of fried ice cream with caramel... I think they should improve the menu or the flavors. Everything was a very small portion for what they charge.
They sell it to you as 4 dishes and 1 dessert and 4 drinks, but when I lived "The Experience" I was very disappointed.
I had only been there once before coming back today and it wasn't very good either and I thought it would be a different "experience", but I don't feel like giving it another chance.
Nice idea of "The Experience" but poorly executed.
Ó Maybe I have had bad luck the 2 times I went: 1 time to the restaurant and today it was in what they call "The Experience" (living room with table, screens and projectors)

What you see online, you may hold it as a high regard. I have been wanting to come for a while. I finally came and I was disappointed, it’s not what you would expect. Decorations and pretty a vibe atmosphere is the best you will get. When it comes to quality in the taste in the food it completely disappointed.

Don't even think about booking here. We made a reservation for the experience a week in advance and when we arrived they told us that whoever took the reservation no longer works there and took it wrong, how about it? Then they passed on to a group of people who had a reservation for 7:30 pm and they explained to us that they spoke directly with the owner and they wanted to be alone 😳, really very unpleasant. As a solution they offered us 10% less on the bill and some cocktails, we decided it was best to leave. Really what a lack of respect and professionalism, whoever treats their clients like this cannot be a team of prepared people in this business, sad, sad 👎👎👎👎. We went to Gusto Ristobar in Downtown Doral, we ate delicious, they treated us very well and we had a great time, I recommend it to you

Should be a ZERO stars because I went to order on uber eats and first it allowed me order and thank god I didn’t place it because I showed up to the location in doral and they were closed at 11:30pm when it clearly states online and on their door they close at 1am………
Cool spot and concept. But the bar music was too loud and too much time in between courses.
