Great place even for locals for breakfast and/or lunch or dinner. No fee to park, folks are very accommodating as the food and ambience are great for family or a business gathering. Highly recommend this restaurant. By the way, location is convenient and great value.

Miami Spice was a disappointment there, I got the Chupe, Fillet Mignon and Shortcake and none met my expectations so I had to send it all back. Ordered medium rare and got it medium well at best. Service was slow despite nobody being there. My whole meal was given complimentary but man I was disappointed.

Had the red snapper expecting a local fish at these prices to be fresh. It wasn't. Cudos to the server who saw I wasn't enjoying it and replaced it with a passable burger. They were out of fries🤔. But I received great service

Well appointed bar and dining area. Bar service was good. Mushroom ravioli was a disappointment.

The service was wonderful and the food was very good, I was pleasantly surprised. We went there for a dinner meeting. Only draw back was a large party sitting at the table next to us that was SO loud we couldn't hear each other speak. At least they were having a good time and luckily, they finished before us and left.

Nice breakfast buffet, excellent service. Tranquil atmosphere so you can have your breakfast and conversation without being pressured to leave.

Great Mother's Day buffet. Good presentation and welcome decoration. No waiting time for seating. Every woman was given a red rose and free family pictures. The buffet was superbly setup with a large variety of stations and dishes including cold and hot, a lot of seafood, fresh sushi options, beef roast area, etc. Bottomless Mimosas. Table service was fast and attentive: Mario, German, Cinthya took care of our table. We had a great time. We are already planning to book for Father's Day buffet. Beyond any doubt, Blue Matisse NAU is one of the best (if not the best buffet) in the City of Doral with a changing lunch and dinner menus every day. Do not forget their fantastic Happy Hours. Whether you are a hotel guest at the Intercontinental Doral or not, you will have an unforgettable time. We will be back!

We had a great Easter experience. There was a great variety of food, the service was very attentive, price was very reasonable for all it offered, and the children had lots of fun picking up eggs and taking pictures with the bunny that kept walking from table to table. Good mini desserts and loved the bottom less mimosas!!! P.S. Thank you so much to the restaurant manager Jose for accommodating my big family all together in an intimate area! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Easter brunch with egg hunt for the kids, the ad said. They just had an Easter bunny walking around giving ONE egg to the kids. False advertising. Prosecco mimosa bad, please switch to Cava. Food just OK.

Had this booked for 12.45, arrived at 12.30 and was advised that they had over booked and the we would have to wait a while. Numerous times we were told “other guests had pre booked..” which is exactly what I had done so i don't why we were constantly given this excuse. We got seated a hour after our booking time and by then the food on selection was pretty poor and like it had been lying out for a while. 2/10 wouldn't go back.

We came to Blue Matisse looking for a lunch place in Doral that was not a chain. While we were not aware that it is located in the intercontinental Doral, the setting was pleasant and comfortable. The menu offers variety and has options other restaurants in the area do not seem to offer. Service was very attentive. We were disappointed in the wine list and did not order wine. However, the food was very good. We particularly found the lobster bisque good, with a warm flavoring distinct from other lobster bisque we have had elsewhere.

The food was lousy!!! It was supposed to be Peruvian however it was remotely that!!! Never again!!!

Lovely lazy lunch of lobster bisque and mushroom ravioli and a vegan cobb salad and sweet potato fries. Lovely, relaxing ambience and a super way of finishing our stay at the hotel. We were allowed to eat at our own pace, nice and lazy. Our server Cecilia was friendly and polite. Great service.

Ana

We had a great time, our servers Herman and Juan were great. The thanksgiving buffet was nice.

We did Thanksgiving Lunch. Excellent set-up. We went there because previopusly we went to their regular lunch buffet which is an excellent value for the diversity and quality of the offerings. Service is excelelnt and shout-out to Andrea at the hostess desk who made us feel very welcome.
