Bunology was such a great experience from start to finish. We tried the Truffle Shuffle, the Croissant Smash Burger, the Birria Empanada, and their peach and passion fruit tea, and everything was delicious. The food was creative, well-executed, and full of flavor—the croissant smash burger was especially memorable, and the birria empanada was perfectly crispy with rich filling.
What truly stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which made the entire experience even better. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
If you’re looking for great food paired with outstanding hospitality, Bunology is definitely worth a visit. We’ll absolutely be back!

The croissant smash burger was insane. So packed with flavor it had a seeet and salty taste that was perfection. They suggested I try the truffle shuffle next time I’m here as that’s their specialty. Will be coming again. Stopped by accident looking for something and found a gem of a place. Must visit. And the owner served me after they had just closed for the night. Much appreciated.

This is IMMACULATE!! I had the truffle shuffle which was recommended by the staff. A GREAT CHOICE. The sauce on this sub is phenomenal and the steak is cooked perfectly. I also had the sweet plantain empanada, another great choice. An overall 10/10! Definitely will be back soon.

They are temporarily closed & there website still alllows you to place orders. So I placed an order and came to a closed establishment. I drove 40 min spent 35$ all to have too get no food and a sign stating they are remodeling

The flavors feel like they should be in the middle of one of Miami’s hot spots like Wynwood or Brickell but they’re near Miami Lakes and Palm Springs North and what a treat/gift for the residents of this area. The offering’s here are some of the best sandwiches I have had in the 305.

Ok so I’m going to be very honest. I had very high expectations because of the reviews and how good the pictures look BUT I wouldn’t get the same sandwiches again. We had the 186th and the Truffle Shuffle and the meat tasted fake 😔 as if it’s rubbery. The sandwich had so much potential to be what I expected it to be but I am very particular about my protein. There’s other places I’ve been where you taste the quality of the meat in the subs and this place just was not it. Maybe since I know the difference I’m writing this review. Others may not tell the difference.

We stopped by Bunology on our way home from Key West and tried the Spice Girl. It was absolutely delicious! The bun was rich, flavorful, and packed with savory goodness. While it wasn’t particularly spicy, the taste more than made up for it. It’s definitely on the heavier side, so be ready for a filling meal. I actually shared mine, and it was more than enough for two people to enjoy. The spot is tucked away in the corner of a plaza, so it’s easy to miss but don’t let that stop you. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the food was fresh. It’s a great little gem if you’re craving something unique and satisfying. Highly recommend if you’re in the area
