From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making my visit enjoyable. He provided excellent recommendations, and his enthusiasm for the menu was infectious.
As for the food, it was fantastic! The burgers were juicy and cooked to perfection, and the fries were crispy and flavorful. It’s clear that BurgerFi prioritizes quality.

The burgers here are awesome but the service is it's worth coming in for a bite. The dining room is clean and the staff walks around to ensure it's tidy. Today, on National Cheeseburger Day, they had a great special. Isabella the cashier is nice and knows the menu well and moved the line swiftly even though this is her first week. Michael was in the dining room greeting customers, picking up trays, and keeping it prestine. The Doral BurgerFi at City Place is number 1 in my book.
