Ok place. Came here on a work lunch. My team all ordered one drink, I provided my ID and they said it is their policy to not serve anyone that has an ID outside of the state of Florida. I am an Iowa native and have not updated my ID yet since recently moving here. Was definitely taken back by this as I have never had an issue drinking anywhere else with an IA ID...I’m 27.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place. Smh. Went out with some friends and the whole place was terrible. Our waiter was a little "off" (not judging those with a disability), helper took forever to even bring drinks, if any at all, and food was bland (stick to steak and you'll be fine. The Mexican seasoning or whatever they season their food with is disgusting). Place was dead for a Friday and now I know why. I would never go to this location again.

I made a reservation on open table and even though I ran 15 minutes late, they still reserved my space and immediately seated me when I arrived. Service was great and live music was super fun! Thanks for a fun night and fast, good food!

Very nice space! This is a great place to host a last minute meeting or gathering given the location and amount of space they have readily available. On Fridays, they have live music which is very entertaining. The food has a lot to be desired and the service is ok. I've given it a few tries to see if it was the day of the week, however they are consistent on their short comings. Advised to management, review your menu and quality of the food and retrain the waiters.

Me and my wife decided to give this place a chance and I gotta say it was a let down. The server Monique was pretty rude, the enchiladas tasted like the ones you get from the freezer at the market and on top of that the place kinda smells like a pet store but it's probably just the wood. Definitely not coming back

Before I put this review I try to comunícate with corporate but nobody responded my concern This happen 4 weeks ago normally I'm going to this place for long time until they change the manager now they have a lady with the name Carrie she's discriminated me cause I'm dancing front to the band and she's pull me out from the place with security guard treat me like a bad person. Sorry but this is not the way that you treat at costumer and the keep costumer
The Salsa is always fresh! And the Margaritas are my favorite!!! My favorite dish is the tacos! They are always so meaty and delicious!

Great if you're looking for a fun Friday night with loud music! Margaritas were pretty delicious but the tacos? AMAZING! We got carnitas & barbacoa and they did NOT disappoint!!! Definitely will be coming back !

Great setting at the outdoor upper in Doral City Center and it was a beautiful cool breezy Friday night. Bar was busy but not packed and 3-4 bartenders working but service was horrible. Despite not being that busy, all bartenders easily avoided eye contact with patrons clearing waiting for service. I managed to flag someone down and ordered a house margarita on the rocks, turned out to be very weak but flavor was ok. Ordered veggie tacos with black bean and rice side. Food delivered quickly and all was good temp and veggies had good texture but very bland, no spices or really any flavor. Beans and rice were very good. Not served with any salsa and I was unsuccessful trying to make eye contact to get some. No one ever stopped back to ask if food was ok despite my empty margarita glass. Finally waved someone down to get my check. Lots of room to improve here but I'm guessing they bank on the location bringing new people in and won't put in the effort.

1 star is being generous. I have never been in a situation where the manager is arguing with the customers due to “Corporate Policyâ€. Me and my friends came to this establishment attempting to enjoy the “Brunch Menu†and had a very negative experience. After being allowed to order from the normal lunch menu, we were cut off an hour and a half before the “Brunch†ended. The manager in a very condescending manner came to us after collectively calling her to talk to us, to tell us, that though we ordered very expensive plates we were “not eligible for the bottomless mimosas†even though it was never told to us. I have been in hospitality for 5 years and this behavior from “management†was absurd. I am escalating this issue because this should not be accepted specially from such a large chain restaurant.

I leave 2 stars because the food was really good, no complaints there I had the beef fajita and it is delicious. However, customer service fall extremely short here or at least tonight. I stared my night with a margarita and that the only fluid that has touched my lips, not by choice, I asked for water as did my husband however, no water in sight for the entire night so my food went down dry. I asked for a beer ( at least) forget it, it fell into deaf ears. Oh wait I'm writing as I seat in my table and just got the check and of course they charged me for the corona that I never got. Ok so customer service just dropped to 0 stars. The ambience is nice and the food is good but I am beyond disappointed with customer service
