Over the weekend I was celebrating my wife's birthday and the truth is that since we arrived at this place, it was not the best way they treated us. The waitress could not explain how the buffet method with drinks is since it was my first time. I asked him for a michelada and he told me that he didn't have any, then I told them about the cold food and they didn't care, I just left the plate and with a face as if he was about to order. Then there is my sister-in-law who arrived later, the food was bad for her and she is still feeling unwell. The truth is that the place is very nice but the attention of this staff is not capable of serving the public.

Sunday March 24,2024 I went with my husband and sister family to have brunch, we got there and the server who was assigned to our table, girl with a pony tale, Tatto in arms and wearing glasses had the worse attitude. We didn’t pay attention at first, then we went to get the food from the buffet everything was cold! We told her about this and she didn’t even acknowledge, The steak was very greasy and hard to chew. And the food options were a combination of tacos with arepas and then ribs. A mix I had never seen in this place. We ended up ordering from the regular menu. The girl who was picking up the dishes and extra cups at the table was more nice than the actual server. It was my sister bday and we didn’t want to get it to our head so we try to continue to have fun. At the end we didn’t even cut the cake because this girl was in a rush for us to leave. And she even gave us a bad look after she didn’t get extra tip. The worse experience ever! Later at night my husband and I we both got sick, and it is Tuesday 3/26 and I still feel food poisoned. I do not Recomended this place, it is not like before. Food it is not up to good standard.
