How to lose clients? I arrive and there is just a man who is bothered because he has gone twice and while in line they are left without what he wants to order. I arrive to pay for a few pieces for tomorrow and just pick them up because I won't have time to wait and it's for an important trip, and they tell me it can't be done.
I will definitely not go buy them tomorrow and I will look for them somewhere else.

This was my first time visiting the bakery. I heard good things about it so I had to try it. I ordered 2 lattes, pan con jamón and 3 waters. My total was about $61. I didn’t leave tip, tip is suggested, not required. When the cashier noticed I didn’t leave tip, she showed the ticket to other employees and they started looking me mad, I started feeling uncomfortable about the situation and the service was just different. I guess I’m confused about how tip works? Definitely not visiting again.
If you visit this place make sure you leave a tip, although it is not mandatory, it is suggested. Otherwise you won’t ve treated with respect.

I was craving a golfeado, and although it is one of the best I have ever eaten, I thought it was very small for the price: $10.95 with cheese (something they didn't tell me, that the cheese was charged separately) in general it seems to me That the prices are high in this place, plus it is a super small place you can't stay to eat there.
