2-24-25- I've reviewed the owner's reply, and it suggests a lack of accountability. Based on the footage, it seems he's making inaccurate judgments about the situation. I was already standing in front of the warmed goods, specifically the 'pan de bonos and mango beverage,' when another couple was served before me. I paid for additional items later, but those are not relevant to this issue. It's a matter of basic fairness; like a line at McDonald's, it should be first-come, first-served.

The place is very convenient, has variety and is clean, but the day I went (maybe it was just that day and I was unlucky) the girls who served me were very scattered, without desire, they forgot things but because they were talking to each other them, which is not bad, the bad thing is that it was affecting the focus and attention towards the client, in this case the people I went with. They prepared something wrong for me, they made it again but something was missing, etc... I was standing on one side of the counter asking for something I bought and they hadn't given me, and they put it on the other side of the counter instead of telling me, here it is.
