As much as I love Chick Fil A. I will try to avoid this specific location at all cost. Made a mistake with my order, and I tried to talk to corporate to get assistance. After 3 requests, somebody from the franchise finally called just to come up with a resolution that I agreed with, but it was never fulfilled. Looking forward to the opening of another close location until then, I will drive all the way to Kendall.
Mr Orlando is an excellent person, his friendly, helpful and attentive treatment gives the store a 10/10. Their food delicious, the store impeccable! Everything perfect.

The food was good but not as good as the locations I normally eat at. We ate here twice this week. The staff were friendly and helpful and did a good job keeping the dining room clean even during high traffic lunch times. I will eat here again when in the area.
Had a real poor experience For starters business has been a little slow, so my accounts are in the rears not that it should be any issue. I have a little bit of cash. I want to splurge and come have lunch at Chick-fil-A. Turns out when you pay with cash they don’t accept bills over $20. So I had to leave, but then I had to come back to return the tag that they put on my windshield even though I just got my car washed and I don’t appreciate the fingerprints on the windshield. I normally not this bad but I’m hungry and now I’m SOL Because I have to go eat something else due to them not wanting to accept my hundred dollar bill. As a business owner, that’s mind-boggling That I wouldn’t accept somebody else’s money very well that is all I’m annoyed and hungry

I’m not hungry anymore cause you know who did accept my money Wawa got a sub with Pepper jack cheese and a side of pickles, a milkshake and a bag of chips for $13 so thank you Doral Chick-fil-A

Bad personnel and terrible service at the Drive Thru. I waited for 20 minutes, they brought my food when I got pissed and asked for a refund. Still, the mofos gave me the wrong order 🤬 The manager offered me a cookie for my wait👊🏽💥
