I’ve been a loyal Chicken Kitchen customer for over 20 years, and unfortunately, the Doral location has been very disappointing. Every time we go, one particular employee insists we can only get two sauces with a large order, even though other Chicken Kitchen locations always provide three. On top of that, she constantly tries to charge extra for sauce, which feels unfair and inconsistent with the brand we’ve trusted for decades.
What makes it worse is how unpleasant and rude this employee is. Instead of treating customers with respect, she makes the experience stressful and unwelcoming. The only reason we keep going is because this is the closest location, but the service is consistently negative.
Chicken Kitchen should really address this issue, because loyal customers deserve better treatment

Please dont get it confused. I love the employees at the chicken kitchen in Doral. But why in GODs earth is management charging an extra 99 cents for chicken skin!? The skin comes on the chicken? Why are you charging me an extra dollar for something your going to toss on the trash???

Charging extra for skin, when they take it off, then add back on is crazy. Not sure why they just started doing this, but it’s a bad look and comes off as greedy since there’s no added cost for them.

Place was empty so you will think I will get a bigger piece of chicken. The lady grabs a nice size half of breast. Cut a small piece then she cuts another piece about 1/4 and serves the rest in my bowl. Small bowl means a small bowl from the rice to the beans. Not knowing because they don’t tell you it’s extra I politely ask if she can serve me a little corn. I got what I asked for a half a spoon and was charged $1.39. My whole meal didn’t even touch the brim of my bowl. They charge extra for everything and penny pinch on their food. Food was alright. I can say Chipotle is a lot fresher, juicer and you get more for your money. $11 I spent on this small bowl never again will go to chicken kitchen.

Chicken Kitchen in Doral is amazing! The chicken is always fresh and tasty, and there are so many great options to choose from. The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. It’s a great spot for a delicious and quick meal. Definitely recommend!
