Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the best Chipotle I've ever been to. The restaurant is always clean, efficient, and the food always tastes great regardless of how busy it is. The employees are well-trained and hard-working and the manager (Patricia) is excellent at her job. I've been coming here several times a week for years and have never had a bad experience. This is probably the most well-run casual dining restaurant I've ever been to.

I wish every Chipotle was like this one!

This is the worst chipotle when it comes to portions, i would rather drive to the one in Flager Street 7 min away from this one. You have to ask for extra everything like 4 times to get an acceptable amount of rice or beans. I guess it also depends on the person, but even this problem for cheese or sour cream.

The food at this franchise in Austin is the best... I came here to Miami desperate to eat at this place. But the service was very bad, a really bad experience.

Shocked at how this location continues to scam online customers in broad daylight. I live close to the store so I occasionally purchase both in store and online when necessary; the sheer difference of portion sizing is astonishingly shameful. You’d imagine with the ongoing lawsuit against CMG for this same reason that locations would attempt to do better, but clearly regional management has a different idea on the training they provide their employees.

For a $12+ bowl online, this was about 2oz of chicken. This is not even the smallest portion I’ve received via online ordering, just the straw that broke the camel’s back. If I wanted to get ripped off, I would rather just go to the casino.

The worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I've been there for a whole week with several different workers. I paid 15 dollars for a bowl that's not worth it at all. Literally when I finished my order you could see the bottom of the bowl, veryyyyy scarce. Chipotle needs to set the price based on the weight of the bowl or set correct and equal portions for all its branches. It's not the first branch where this has happened to me and I really love the food but I feel like they want to save too much so customers feel cheated??????????

Absolutely terrible service by the girl with black hair wearing glasses in the front, not the short one. I’ve never had such a terrible experience in my life at a Chipotle before. First, she completely irgonored me even though she heard me greeting her and second she tossed all the TO GO orders like she was completely mad. She threw my bag at me and said nothing. I said “are you upset”? To which she said NO and just walked away. No plastic wear nothing. I didn’t even ask her name because I didn’t wanna get into a confrontation but that’s not the way to be at a workplace. The whole atmosphere sucked because of her. Also, the customers before me were shocked at how rude she was. Please contact me as soon as you read this review.
