Chullos is an amazing restaurant! Located right on the river in Aguas Calientes, they have a fantastic menu with delicious food. We tried the chicken, the pasta, the alpaca, and some dessert! It was all incredible. If you’re looking for a taste of Peruvian food and culture look no further. Our lovely server, Yubia, went above and beyond to take care of us during our meal. She took photos of us and even treated us to a special drink to prepare us for our Machu Picchu adventure tomorrow! Thank you Yubia! ❤️??

Really, really tasty.Got the Anticucho, Pescado a la Chorrillana, Corvina Cucho, and the blue corn juice, all of it fantastic. Got more of the juice for the ride home. Was in Florida for 8 days, and this was a surprise top spot for me.Definitely get the Anticucho and Pescado a la Chorrillana.

This place is usually so good! So that’s why I am giving it 3 stars. I always rave about you guys! However, today I picked up an order of pollo de la brasa, and it wasn’t great. Especially, the sauces. I spent 4 dollars on the huancaina sauce and it tasted like fish! As if someone had mistakenly served it on a container that had fish on it previously or used a spoon that was used for fish. I had to throw the entire sauce in the trash. Then the green sauce (spicy) was so bland I had to add salt to make it have flavor and the chicken was dry. I’m not sure what went on in the kitchen today but the food was not the best as it normally is.
