Chullos is an amazing restaurant! Located right on the river in Aguas Calientes, they have a fantastic menu with delicious food. We tried the chicken, the pasta, the alpaca, and some dessert! It was all incredible. If you’re looking for a taste of Peruvian food and culture look no further. Our lovely server, Yubia, went above and beyond to take care of us during our meal. She took photos of us and even treated us to a special drink to prepare us for our Machu Picchu adventure tomorrow! Thank you Yubia! ❤️??

Traditional Peruvian food with very good flavors that take you to Peru. In our case they served us quickly and you can see how they grill the meat live. Of course, we left with the smell of food impregnated on our clothes. In our case we really liked the ceviches and the risottos, both loin and shrimp. Abundant dishes at an average price of $22 per dish. In total it costs about $40 per person including a drink and some starter.

Really, really tasty.Got the Anticucho, Pescado a la Chorrillana, Corvina Cucho, and the blue corn juice, all of it fantastic. Got more of the juice for the ride home. Was in Florida for 8 days, and this was a surprise top spot for me.Definitely get the Anticucho and Pescado a la Chorrillana.

I always come here for good food. I usually get the Lomi Saltado but I tried the Chaufa this time. Flavorful & huge portion. The Panka Rita is perfect. Amaya is a great server and very attentive.

Another restaurant that was not able to prepare a good traditional ceviche , if you crave for ceviche , not the place. Also the advertise a ceviche dish at 15 d and besides Ceviche + fried calamary 18.5 d , but it is actually a dish of a lot of fried calamary rings as the main dish and a small side of ceviche, quite disappointing presentation. No in this case, maybe it was better that way because the ceviche was Mediocre bad. This was a Sunday lunch.
