If I could give this place a 10 star I would. I stopped by tonight and placed an order to go for my husband and I. We are in town for his job. Every place we have visited in Doral we have had a terrible experience and terrible food. The food was so yummy! This place has had the best food we have had in Doral so far. Also the staff was so kind to my daughter and I. The guy who took my order made sure everything was right for our bowls. Wow thank you so much Diced and the employees are truly awesome! Thank you!

My family and I went to this restaurant on a Sunday night and there wasn’t too much people. The waiters were kind and patient with us. They give you two ways to order. One, order asking the waiter. And two, order on a tablet. We did option two and loved it. We also loved the atmosphere; it was very clean and simple. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a healthy, yummy, and quiet place.

From the moment my friend and I walked in, we were not greeted. We stood at the counter for over seven minutes waiting for someone to take our order while the staff acted as if they did not want to attend to us. When the girl at the counter finally took our order, she was extremely rude and rushed through the process. She did not even allow my friend to enter her phone number to earn points.
She immediately told us that they did not have any protein ready and that it would take fifteen to twenty minutes, but her tone made it very clear that she was hoping we would leave. It was also obvious that the staff had already started cleaning at 9:10 PM even though we had arrived well before closing time. It felt like they were intentionally trying to close early and discourage customers from dining in.
After waiting the full twenty minutes, we received our food at 9:30 PM, but it was packed in bags and ready to go instead of being brought out on trays like it normally is when customers eat inside. It was evident that they wanted us to take our food to go. Before leaving, I checked my bag to make sure everything was there and noticed that my sauce, chips, and guacamole were missing.
I have allergy restrictions and always ask for vegan sauces because I am allergic to dairy and eggs. However, the sauces I received were regular ones, which made me hesitant to eat my food because I was not sure if any of the sauce had been put on my meal by mistake. When I asked for the correct vegan sauce, the same girl told me that she had already put the sauce in my bag. I explained that the containers did not say vegan on them like they normally do, and instead of listening, she gave me attitude and looked at me as if I was bothering her. After I showed her again that the sauces were not labeled vegan, she finally gave me the correct ones.
I then told her that my chips and guacamole were also missing, and she became even more frustrated. She put them on the counter in front of me without saying anything and walked away. As my friend and I were getting ready to leave, we could hear her talking and laughing with her coworkers, clearly about us. My friend even pointed out that they were looking at us and laughing while they continued cleaning.
We walked out at 9:33 PM, and immediately after we stepped outside, she locked the door behind us even though the restaurant’s hours clearly state that they close at 10 PM. As I sat in my car feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, I saw another person try to enter at 9:45 PM, but they could not open the door because it had already been locked.
I am genuinely appalled by the service we received. I would completely understand if we had walked in at 9:45 PM, but we arrived nearly fifty minutes before closing, and the staff was already cleaning and acting as if they were closed. This is not the kind of experience I expect from a place I visit often. I have always enjoyed Diced in the past, but this visit was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Between the lack of greeting, the long wait, the rude attitude, the incorrect order, the disregard for my food allergies, and the early closing, this visit was unacceptable. I hope management looks into this matter seriously because this level of customer service is not what Diced is known for. I truly hope no other customers have to go through what we did tonight.

This is my favorite spot for healthy food when I am in a time crunch. The food is always fresh and delicious! My personal favorites are the chicken quesadillas & açaí bowls! The protein shakes are especially good as an after workout meal replacement.
