If I couldn't give it any stars it would be better. The lady who serves at night is super rude, I always shop there and when I went to spend my coupons she canceled them all. That she couldn't give me everything for free, that is, my ciboriums. And it's the same one that has a bad comment that's why I took this photo so you know who it is

Before they had better service, the lady at the counter they have now is the worst of the worst, rude, not at all attentive, she has no idea about the pizzas, or the ingredients, much less about the prices or promotions, it is unfortunate that they have someone like this image of dominoes tending the counter, we will not return!!!

This is a TERRRRRIBLE Domino's location. Like genuinely, terrible, the staff is angry and rude, the pizza is sub-par even compared to other Domino's places' pizzas. Everything is dirty and badly kept and very badly managed. Every time I order from here there is some sort of problem or issue with it. Seriously do yourself a favor and even if you live near this place, order from the next farthest Domino's and you'll have a better experience, or better yet from the Marco's down the street. Just so done with these guys.

So today, December 25th, at 7pm, I went to pick up an order. While waiting, the gentlemen, heavy set, who was cutting the pizza or the expediter, was coughing, while handling the pizzas. He then sneezed twice without covering his mouth, and visible particles were released into the air. Despite this, he continued his duties without any immediate hygiene measures, such as washing his hands or wearing a mask.
Rather than cancel my order as there were customers there and I see all the employees busting their butts working, especially on this day, I went ahead and took the pizza and threw it away.
Never coming back. The action of this gentlemen poses a serious health risk to customers. To any customers reading this, if you get sick after picking up or delivered pizza today, 12/25, after 7pm, now you know where its from. This was completely disgusting.

I had to cancel the delivery because I was waiting for more than an hour and it never arrived, it is a lack of respect for the consumer.
I made an order that said 1 hour, when I went to the store to cancel it they told me that by order of the supervisor, orders cannot be canceled. What customer service is that and they always give me coupons and now they can't give them. Instead of improving the service they make it worse! A new supervisor, instead of improving, makes everything worse!

Well I’ve been a a customer there for more than 2 years and recently there is this lady with glasses the last 3 times she’s there for me to pick up my food she’s super rude very bad customer service she even screamed at me saying my order wasn’t ready when I simply asked like a normal human being love this place but she’s genuinely very very bad at handling customers not only me but others I’ve seen I would like some type of response

I have just been served by a supposed manager, firstly that their way of communicating with a client is completely inadequate, poorly educated and rude, without resolving the error that they themselves caused. Avoid the bad time and don't eat in this store, I don't want to imagine how they make the pizzas

Ordered two pizzas and two waters to be delivered to my hotel. Delivery driver came directly to our room which was nice. However, once she had left, it was noticed that they forgot one of our bottles of water. Called the store to have them either bring another water bottle back to the hotel or give me my money back for one water. Unfortunately no one at the store answered the phone. Called a total of 5 times with no answer before giving up. Dominos you own me a water.

I went there last saturday at 12.20 am. They close at 1. But they where already cleaning everything. They assited me very bad like “you are in the last 40 minutes”. Everything was dirty. They guy that took my order has long and dirty nails. And he did mu pizza without gloves. He didn’t knead the pizza dough, so it tasted off, and the dough had lumps from not being properly kneaded. Im not coming back to any Domino’s store after this because now it grosses me out.
