This is my 3rd time ordering from here and before the driver even arrived he calls to say there is no parking before evening checking if there is parking available. Driver claims my building tow cars and that has not happen in the years I lived here. What’s even worst the manager calls to agree with him without the driver being here. I tried to explain to him and He rudely said he didn’t care and was not going to ever allow me to order from here again. I told her I always order door dash, uber eats, Pizza Hut etc.So we had to go down stairs to meet with him because otherwise the driver would leave. And on top of that my order was wrong. Order number 655 on 3/27 at 5:31. When I called to claim my order the phone rang and rang and no one picked up. I have never received such horrible service. The manger was so rude and he said his boss would not help me when I asked to let me speak to him.

Disappointed by the attention they gave me because apart from waiting almost 30 minutes for my order, I witnessed how they grabbed the pre-cooked pasta with their own hands as well as the bacon and chicken for the preparation of my alfredo pasta, when I noticed this act I made the comment in a good manner to which they knew how to respond that it is their way of working, however I let them know that the most logical thing was to use gloves or appropriate utensils for this type of orders and in a rude manner they began to yell at me and tell me no. would bother them and that because of me they would not change their way of working. In fact, when I left the premises, the lady with a lot of arrogance said in a very contemptuous tone: “I DON'T KNOW WHAT THESE TYPES OF PEOPLE WHO JUST CROSS THE BORDER THINK THEY THINK THEY'RE DESIGNERS OF THE COUNTRY"What a shame that these types of situations happen.

Borderline illegal treatment. Charged my card. Online order said failed. Called this location and after giving my cell number and getting half the order placed again he hung up. Never called back. Ignorant service. Go somewhere else. Let your money show this dominoes location you won't put up with ignorant service.

Bad service, I waited 30 minutes to get my order and it had not been assembled, when I told them that I had been waiting for my order for 30 minutes the response from the only rude and bad looking man was that if it had not been assembled then it had not been assembled . I don't understand how a store or franchise allows or hires such poorly educated and inattentive staff who have no respect for customers. I would not recommend that place at all, they do not deserve 1 star.
