I was running around different Dunkin’s looking for a donut my daughter wanted. Called them, they had it, heard my story and how happy I was to finally find it that they even held it for me. That’s true customer service…

Today is my birthday and Paola was attentive and provided me with the best experience!
Great place and great staff!!
This morning experience was such a great experience I truly appreciate when someone goes above and beyond to ensure my order is corrected . The young lady in the drive through really took her time to check and see if my coffee order was good , and allowed me to correct my choice of donut over a muffin without attitude. I'm not use to someone being so kind after I found a mistake. I truly appreciate her kindness and compassion.
Have gone 3 different times and they haven’t had glazed doughnuts this has not been at closing time or anything. Just don’t understand how you always don’t have the most basic doughnut.
This morning at 8am, I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts location to purchase donuts for both of my children’s end of year Christmas class parties. I ordered two dozen donuts plus an additional half dozen for each class. (4 big boxes and two small boxes, 60 donuts total).
At that early hour, the selection of donuts was very limited. I was informed by the cashier who spoke to me in Spanish (I speak English and Spanish), that Boston Crème donuts had completely sold out, so I proceeded to order strawberry, chocolate, and glazed donuts instead. I was the only customer in the store.
After placing my order, the cashier returned with a box already filled with chocolate donuts and mentioned that there were actually eight Boston Crème donuts available in the back. I agreed to include them and simply asked that they be divided between the two separate classes.
At that point, the cashier became visibly flustered and very impatient, repeatedly pressuring me to immediately dictate how each box should be filled.
Despite the store being empty and no time pressure present, I felt rushed and treated with unnecessary irritation throughout the remainder of the interaction, including while the boxes were being bagged. What should have been a simple, routine transaction became unnecessarily stressful.
Courteous and calm customer service should be expected. Especially when no other customers are waiting. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the experience for future customers.
If I do return to this location in the future, I am hoping the lady at the register is not there. She has zero customer service experience, becomes easily impatient, and cannot handle simple donut orders.
And by the way, I had given her a tip in advance. The least she could have been is courteous.
Last time I visited, the experience was so nice. Nothing like today.
Thank you for your time.

Horrible experience. If you want the drive thru, forget it. They make you park and then GO INSIDE to pick it up your order. What’s the point of the drive thru then?

They were closed since 8:30 p.m. According to the girl, she said through the glass that she had to clean 🤯

This dunkin has the worst service, I ordered an ice matcha latte with almond milk since I am lactose intolerant, when I returned to the restaurant and talked to the person, she instantly get a bad attitude saying that I didnt order with almond milk because she received my order, my sister said that yes we order almond milk, and this person just started arguing that of course she will support me but whatever she will change it. I asked to talk to the manager, apparently manager is only in the mornings. I will never come back to this store this is my first time and definitely my last.
Apparently because she was doing me a favor she didn't fill my glass.

Worst Dunkin experience ever! The little feminine boy at the drive thru had a terrible attitude after making our drinks wrong. He swatted us away with his limp wrist and said ok bye we’re closed now.

This location is the closest to my house, so I’ve given it multiple chances over the past several months. Unfortunately, the service continues to be inconsistent and frustrating.
When this location first opened, I experienced several order mistakes - missing whipped cream on drinks that clearly include it, forgotten caramel on items that require it, etc. I initially chalked this up to being a new location with staff still learning the ropes.
However, after being open for quite some time, these issues persist. To avoid problems, I typically order ahead through the app, which usually works better.
Today I decided to order in person on a whim, and it was extremely frustrating. There was a communication barrier at the drive-thru, and despite me clearly stating the exact menu item name - the Tropical Guava Refresher with oat milk - two incorrect items were entered before I could correct it.
When I reached the window to clarify my order, the manager was condescending rather than helpful. She insisted I had ordered a “spritz” when I specifically wanted the oat milk version, and suggested I should have asked for “the Sabrina one” (which is actually the strawberry version, not guava). Even after all the back-and-forth, they still got my order wrong and gave me a Mango Pineapple Refresher instead of the Guava one I had clearly requested multiple times.
The most frustrating part was the manager’s response - instead of acknowledging the mistake and working to fix it, she blamed me for the miscommunication and was condescending throughout the interaction. When mistakes happen, professional management should focus on resolving the issue, not making the customer feel like it’s their fault. I left without the correct order after wasting significant time.
While I understand communication challenges can happen in any service environment, the unprofessional response from management made the situation much worse than it needed to be. Additionally, all employees should have basic knowledge of the menu items they’re taking orders for - this would help prevent confusion regardless of any communication barriers. Taking responsibility for mistakes and working to fix them should be standard customer service practice.
Would not recommend this location - the inconsistent service and poor management response make it unreliable for quick service.

Very bad customer service. The lady made a mistake in the order, but was not ready to accept. Also, did not get every item on our order and she acted suspicious and started counting the food that we ordered for our kids to realize the mistake and still was unapologetic!

The ladies here always always mess up orders. We’ve come here multiple times and every single time our orders are a mess and definitely do not taste how they should. Please retrain or do something to get them to do orders right. it’s unbelievable
Todays order was a simple iced coffee with cream and I got a cup full cream
