This morning experience was such a great experience I truly appreciate when someone goes above and beyond to ensure my order is corrected . The young lady in the drive through really took her time to check and see if my coffee order was good , and allowed me to correct my choice of donut over a muffin without attitude. I'm not use to someone being so kind after I found a mistake. I truly appreciate her kindness and compassion.
The ladies are nice and efficient but working under pressure due to a very busy environment and few stuff. I have been here for 35 mins this morning waiting on an online order. I walked inside and was told 15 mins and it’s been 35 already and still not ready…. Again very polite and nice ladies but just need an extra head at this time 8am
