Hi, I just wanted to share my experience. I went through the drive-thru today and the person at the window had a very poor attitude. I forgot to order a coffee and when I asked for it at the window, they told me I had to go all the way back around and order it again through the speaker. I explained it was just a coffee, but they still insisted I go to the back of the line. I found it very inconsiderate, especially for something so simple.

I was attended by a woman who appeared to be Cuban. Not only was she not at the register, but she was also lying in the kitchen. When I called her about seven times, no one responded. When she finally came out, she started yelling at me erratically, aggressively asking what was wrong with me. She shouted at me to leave the establishment and said that I was being 'too fresh' according to her. To me, she was the one being fresh for not wanting to do her job. I find it disrespectful because she is tarnishing the company's name. This happened on January 2nd at approx. who passed me in an aggressive manner, yelled at me to leave the establishment and that “I was very cool” according to her, for me the cool one was her who did not want to do her job, it seems disrespectful to me because she is tarnishing the name of the company. It was on January 2nd at approximately 3pm.

How disgusting the ppl in here are and rude. Out of all the dunkin this has to be the worst. I went in today and everyone was on their phone, laughing . Management sees them treat their customers bad and doesn’t say anything.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too horrible coffee NO taste whatsoever will NEVER go there again and it was early 5:30 am worst experience ever NO more !!

Today December 3, 2024.. time 3 p.m. Terrible business..terrible service..the employees only say "we are busy" and do NOT serve customers. What will be more important? talk about personal problems or serve clients cordially.
Somehow they always get my order wrong. The food is worse, always either frozen or burnt, basically inedible every time I order from here. Service is not bad, but everything else is pretty mediocre, including their stale donuts. Do yourself a favor and try ANY OTHER Dunkin in Doral.

Walked in and everyone was talking on the back of the restaurant. I waited for about 5-7 minutes so that I could get my order. Young guy came and took care of me but he was on his phone then saw me to place the order.

There was only one girl at the front and many online orders coming in, she shouldn't be by herself mostly because she doesn't know how to operate the computer system and blocked 2 other customers from ordering, couldn't call a supervisor or owner because they were on vacation, she in a mean way confronted me that because she did a favor to me by checking the balance on a gift card now she was stuck and was going to have to pay from her own pocket to be able to continue receiving orders from customers, she seemed lost confused and mean towards me because I didn't complete my order and did not pay for something I did not want or received
