The lady today asked me if I spoke Spanish. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted twice. It was not toasted at all. I explained with hand gestures as if i was put it in the oven two time. She made it seem like she understood. Have at least one bilingual or use Google translate to help get your orders right. Disappointing

Hi, I just wanted to share my experience. I went through the drive-thru today and the person at the window had a very poor attitude. I forgot to order a coffee and when I asked for it at the window, they told me I had to go all the way back around and order it again through the speaker. I explained it was just a coffee, but they still insisted I go to the back of the line. I found it very inconsiderate, especially for something so simple.

I was attended by a woman who appeared to be Cuban. Not only was she not at the register, but she was also lying in the kitchen. When I called her about seven times, no one responded. When she finally came out, she started yelling at me erratically, aggressively asking what was wrong with me. She shouted at me to leave the establishment and said that I was being 'too fresh' according to her. To me, she was the one being fresh for not wanting to do her job. I find it disrespectful because she is tarnishing the company's name. This happened on January 2nd at approx. who passed me in an aggressive manner, yelled at me to leave the establishment and that “I was very cool” according to her, for me the cool one was her who did not want to do her job, it seems disrespectful to me because she is tarnishing the name of the company. It was on January 2nd at approximately 3pm.

How disgusting the ppl in here are and rude. Out of all the dunkin this has to be the worst. I went in today and everyone was on their phone, laughing . Management sees them treat their customers bad and doesn’t say anything.
Terrible attention, very slow for deliveries, there is never a bathroom service, the orders are not the ones you pay for, I do not recommend this site, do not waste time here

Somehow they always get my order wrong. The food is worse, always either frozen or burnt, basically inedible every time I order from here. Service is not bad, but everything else is pretty mediocre, including their stale donuts. Do yourself a favor and try ANY OTHER Dunkin in Doral.
