I wish I had read some of the reviews mentioning the lack of customer service before ordering. I had a custom cake made here and when I arrived they had placed it in an extra large cake board, which looked disproportionate in comparison to the cake. They said they didn’t know how big the decor I was gonna place around the cake was, so they went ahead and used an unusually large base for the cake without ever asking. Not only did it look bad, but it wasn’t going to fit the area we had for the cake at the event. I explained this and they just plainly didn’t care. Contrary to what they said, the cake was NOT physically attached to such base, but it’s obvious they didn’t want to help at the store. Additionally, NO BOX was provided for transportation. Just some cardstock at the bottom. Very odd for a business that especializes in cakes, and a first for us when ordering a cake. Terrible experience. There are much better places in town with way better customer service.

I’ve ordered cakes from here several times throughout the years and this by far has been the worst experience and customer service that I’ve had from them. I placed an order for a cake with a specific picture when I went to pick up the cake they told me that the picture did not fit and they had to cut out pieces of the picture. I understand that changes needed to be made however, what was upsetting was that no one bothered to call me to tell me that this was going to happen so that I as the customer can make the right decisions and possibly choose a different picture or a different design forthe Cake They decided to cut out the cake the way they wanted to, and when I went to pick it up, I was not offered an apology, but just thought it is what it is whatever kind of attitude I will not be having services from this place any longer

I ordered a half cake for my son's half birthday, and this is what I got. I'm really disappointed, especially as a regular customer, and I never imagined the cake would turn out like this. I can’t believe this was his first cake ever and it’s horrible. I called and spoke with the assistant manager, who told me the manager would reach out to me—but I never received a call. She then explained that the messy appearance was due to it not being made with fondant, which I was never told about when I placed the order. It’s such a letdown. When my husband sent me the picture, I honestly thought it was a joke.
Went to order a cake and person attending had NO desire to helping me. In fact she did NOT care for what cake was for. No good service so no business. I went else where. I Don’t recommend this place.

We just got our wedding cake from here and it was absolutely delicious! We got the vanilla rum cake with dulce de leche filling and buttercream frosting, I highly recommed! The staff was also super friendly and responsive and of course the cake was on time. They were very sweet and let us try everything at the cake testing beforehand. :)
