Five Guys used to be the best burger joint in the USA, but recent visits have left customers disappointed. The patties are small and lack flavor, making them not worth the high price tag. While the staff is friendly, the overall experience doesn't live up to the cost. However, some still find Five Guys to serve one of the best burgers and fries in fast food.
