I went recently and the experience was honestly terrible, but not because of the employees. They’re actually super nice — a girl and another who seems to be the manager — and they’re doing the best they can. The problem is the conditions they work in.
The air conditioning is broken AGAIN, and now one of the freezers is down too. The ice cream was basically melting… in an ice cream shop. It makes no sense.
But the worst part is the heat inside. I went to the bathroom and saw the thermostat showing over 80 degrees, almost 90. It’s inhumane to have people working like that, sweating and struggling to stay cool while still trying to serve customers with a good attitude.
Seriously, what are the owners thinking? You can’t deliver good products under those conditions. I just hope this whole situation doesn’t end up hurting the people who are the least at fault here,gracias the employees.

Overpriced ice cream (yes, this is not real gelato and you can tell by the texture and taste of it). I paid $19 for 1 medium cup (2 flavors) and 1 small cup (1 flavor). In my opinion, it's way overpriced, and they can probably pull this off because they are the only shop on the street. I don't mind paying a premium price for something that is top quality but, in this case, I felt ripped off.
Plus, I just don't understand why you can't put two flavors in 1 small cup. Don't tell me it doesn't fit because in Italy they even put 3 flavors in 1 small cup. Kids don't need a huge amount of ice cream, they simply enjoy trying a couple of flavors. Serve smaller amounts of each and fit both in 1 small cup, it's simple.

I will say, this place is definitely pricy for what you get. I paid like $20 for two things of medium ice creams? Like that’s crazy. haha. However the girl behind the counter was really sweet and the ice cream that I got was really good. I got pistachio and Dubai chocolate bar, super tasty! If I’m ever back in Miami I would definitely come back for those flavors.
Nice place good staff and product but a little in the expensive side.

I paid $19.48 for two small gelatos that I ended up having to leave at a table near by because they melted and dripped all over so quickly. Both melted before I could find an area to sit down outside. Never again.
