The food was amazing. We shared (4ppl) fried calamari, Mediterranean salad,
Spinach raviolis, Mushrooms risotto with Trufa, and picana.
Every single plate was exquisite and the service was exceptional.

The parrilladitas for 2 is the best value with great selection of meats. The Gnocchi filled is great but the best is the cream bulle desert is a Angel desert

The guy plying music. Man. Over the top of full house, we got the music on top.... We could barely talk Valentines day was tough. Staff was completely overwhelmed and disorganized

This place completely exceeded my expectations. The service was to the next level and the food was as amazing, the picanha was literally one of the best I’ve ever had in my life, it was cooked to perfection as I wanted. Jospeh Did a great job at servicing us and explaining the process they use to finish cooking the steak once at the table. I can not wait to come back again!!

The food was very delicious. The attention has not been good. Many waiters and everyone were busy on their cell phones without paying attention to the customers. The menu does not offer prices for wines by the glass or cocktails. They only offer wine by the bottle. For me it was not worth going for the price we paid.

We were trying to find an Argentine restaurant between Pembroke Pines and Miami airport to meet for dinner and found Fuego del Sur in Doral. What a pleasant surprise! The restaurant had a great ambience and the staff attended us immediately. We wanted our guests to try traditional Argentine cuisine and Fuegos del Sur delivered! It started with the amazing provoleta that was perfect! The Parrilladita for 2 was amazing with the meats you would expect to see and cooked to perfection. Our guests had Entraña and Picaña and they loved it, specially with the chimichurri.
For dessert the alfajor and crème de brûlée completed it.

There were huge cacaphony at in door side of the restaurant. Also servants do have no clue about how to serve or what type of knife to serve as per type of the meat. Even they forgot to serve fork and regular knife. Needless to say salt and pepper containers seems from second World War era. I think if they serve meat with style and such a price tags , they have to be very accurate for knife and specifically salt.
