Food is delicious, always flavourful. The staff is ok, the greeter lacks warmth. The bathrooms are small, dingy, dirty, and old. As elegant as this restaurant looks they really should pay a lot more detail to their bathrooms.

Placed an order for a Churrasco to go. I asked for medium well and it was definitely on the medium side. No taste- Lots of red Very disappointing. I received the wrong salad dressing for my salad. No butter for my bread. Terrible experience!!!

I was expecting more. The quality of the meat was good. Except the flavor was ok. Not a place I would go out of my way again to visit. Unless I was invited and someone else was picking up the bill, and I had no other place to go. The atmosphere, on the other hand, was EXCELLENT! If they can match the taste of the food and the service to the atmosphere, they would have a top-notch restaurant in their hands. Also, the cleanliness of the restroom was on point. It's always a good point to add (especially for the ladies).
