The gelato here is super fresh and deliciously made. They’ve got a revolving door of new and delicious ice cream regularly and the staff is super friendly. Great place to get ice cream after the steakhouse or Cuento nearby.

This ice cream shop in Doral is a hidden gem! The flavors are super creamy, rich, and taste homemade you can really tell they use quality ingredients. The staff is friendly and patient, and they always let you sample before choosing (which makes it even harder to decide because everything is so good). The place has a chill, welcoming vibe — perfect for hanging out with friends or taking the family after dinner. Definitely my new go-to spot for ice cream in Doral!

I tried the pistachio and cranberry flavors, as well as the Nocciola and Dubai Chocolate — all of them were absolutely delicious! The texture was creamy, the flavors were rich and authentic, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. “Sadas” attended me and was super kind and helpful. Definitely one of the best gelato experiences I’ve had lately!

For many years, I’ve been visiting this restaurant with my family and have always enjoyed the experience. However, today, October 10th, around 1 p.m., I went there to eat, and unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The lady who attended our table had an attitude that made it seem as though she didn’t want to be there. She was noticeably rude, which created an unpleasant atmosphere.
It would be advisable for the owners of Made In Italy to pay closer attention to the staff’s customer service, as discourteous behavior can greatly affect the overall experience. No matter how good the food is, poor service takes away from it. Also, while tips are always appreciated, they are earned through kind and attentive service.

Customer service has never been great here, but today it was exceptionally poor. The cashier/server looked visibly annoyed to be serving us, and the overall atmosphere just felt unpleasant. We were the only customers there, which made it even more awkward and depressing.
The menu has changed, and some of the best items are gone. Even the vanilla ice cream had odd clumps in it. The restaurant itself feels run-down — the tables are chipped, and the floor looks dirty.
Unfortunately, this was my last visit.
