Gran Pollo has been one of the best places my family and me have eaten at. Instead of tiny, microscopic steaks they gave us the real thing. Service was quick and super friendly. Coming out, our stomachs and hearts were happy and content. Will definitely be coming again, thank you! 😋

We just happened to be visiting Miami for a day and happened to stumble upon this restaurant. We were greeted by Romina (Romi) , who was a fantastic host, telling us about the menu and how it was her families business. You could tell it was a family business because they took a lot of pride in making sure the restaurant looked good and all the food was spot on. Both Romi and our fantastic waitress Maria, made sure we were happy with everything we ordered. The food tasted great, the service was good, what more could you ask for. Next time I'm in Miami, I'll definitely go back

Best rotisserie chicken ... juicy, Wells season, delicious & great flavor. Small chickens, if you eat a lot you need at least half of chicken to be satisfied. The Cole slaw and hayaquitas were very good also. The guasatomate is a must have. I found the service and attention to be excellent.

I have just had the best rotisserie chicken ever here! So juicy and the taste was amazing! These people know their stuff. Their sides are sooo good and so many to choose from. I recommend the yuca and the hallaquitas😍. Oh and get the papelon con limon and thank me later😉. Their sauces are to die for! And the prices are great. I highly recommend this place!

Looks like the chicken was cooked in the morning and reheated before serving at 4:30pm today. The breast were dry and the temperature was like warm at best.
The rice tasted like it was from the night before. The guasacaca was watery and the arepitas tasted old and dry.
This place used to have great fresh chicken and sides and their arepitas were well know for their freshness.
Used to love going there on Sundays. Not sure I will come back again.
