Looks like the chicken was cooked in the morning and reheated before serving at 4:30pm today. The breast were dry and the temperature was like warm at best.
The rice tasted like it was from the night before. The guasacaca was watery and the arepitas tasted old and dry.
This place used to have great fresh chicken and sides and their arepitas were well know for their freshness.
Used to love going there on Sundays. Not sure I will come back again.

The place has deteriorated a lot in the flavor of the food, I don't know if it was due to the inexperienced cook or a change of owners, I remember that it was synonymous with eating in Venezuela but being in Doral. Food portions are still good.

They should better train the staff who serve as waiters and let them limit themselves to doing their job and not interfere in the personal lives of the customers. Additionally, it is the only place that sells everything separately when I say everything is everything, you order ripe plantain, it's $6 plus the Cheese with ripe plantain on top is $3.5, a total of $9.5 seems absurd to me, they should include it and make a single price, when they charge you for takeout orders they ask you if you want to leave a tip. I haven't visited the restaurant in a year, nothing has changed.
