I had the pleasure of trying Hierro Light’s keto cheesecakes, and I was honestly blown away. I’ve tried plenty of keto desserts before, and usually you can tell there’s something “different” about them, but not here. Their cheesecakes taste just like (if not better than) the traditional ones I’ve had that aren’t keto. The texture is smooth and creamy, the flavors are rich and balanced, and you’d never know you were eating something low-carb.
