Maybe I came at a bad time. I had high hopes due to the ratings, but ultimately this place is style over substance. After trying to decide on a shake like my life depended on it, I was told they didn't have it. No problem. I picked another one and asked him to take out a cookie from my wife's shake. He ended up serving another couple who came in at least five minutes after us and still got my wife's order wrong. I didn't like the paper straws (I hate paper straws, there are better ecological solutions), and the worst thing of all? The shakes lacked flavor and consistency.

What an incredible experience! Yes, I am calling it an experience because from the moment you get there your eyes are going all over the place admiring te place, your brain is trying to understand what this place is and your mouth starts salivating as soon as you see what they have to offer. I got to try the Pavlova ice cream, which was rich and creamy. The brownies were absolutely delicious, like the kind your grandma made but some how it tastes even better as they are fluffy and rich in flavour. On top of that they have a really cool thing where you can take a picture and it can be added to your shake (like in the picture). Honestly, anyone in Miami should go visit this place and judge for themselves. I would come back anytime I am around Doral.

It’s pretty.. doesn’t taste good though. Stale product, doesn’t taste like cookies n cream at all. Bocas House would be a better option for the price if you want milkshake.

The place is nice and the people who worked there didn't give us a good welcoming when we got there,one of them look at us and they didn't even say hi or anything and one of them just showed us where to put our orders and went back to his station . some tables were dirty too the shakes and ice creams that l ordered from the computer that l put my order was delicious and because it was my daughter's birthday too.in every business where people eat or buy everyone has to be a little more friendly and show that they care about how the customers feel

A few small observations: the girls are very sweet but they definitely need to wear their hair back. One young lady with long black hair was leaning over the preparation station with her hair down. Other than that the shake was delicious and the service great!

Love it! I had a Nutella/strawberry shake with the unicorn theme and my partner had the Nutella shake and we loved it.The staff was super nice, and helpful. The place was clean and they always were on top of having the place looking clean all the time.We are definitely going back :)

Ok it’s not cheap at all, but you do get a lot of quantity for the $15 a shake. My daughter did not like the unicorn shake at all, they tell returned it for the Nutella shake which is really good. Next time we will try the Pavlova but the Nutella was the best one so far. Will we come again maybe ?

The employees were very nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions and gave excellent customer service. The shakes were delicious and very colorful my kids beg me to go back everyday. 10/10 recommend!
Underwhelming. The pictures of the shakes look amazing and the actual shakes look amazing! The flavors left a little to be desired. I had the cookies n cream one and my GF had the unicorn with vanilla shake. Fun to try and take pictures, but if you're looking for great flavor, go somewhere else.

I was so excited to visit this Boca location closer to my home. I have been wanting to go to the Miami location for a while, everything I heard and saw was amazing. I felt like a kid going but the Boca shop fell short of my expectations. The menu was very clear and bright but a photo of the shake would have been nice. The cashier said I had to scan the code on my phone to see the pictures. I was expecting a condiment display of all the toppings including cakes, cookies, Brownies etc. It was all behind the counter not quite visible. It would have been nice to see them ice and decorate the glasses and make the shakes. I just had higher expectations.The shakes were good and exciting to look at definitely enough to share. Especially if you get the specialty shake 2 x the price with a brownie, cookie, doughnut, or cake.I am sure there will be adjustments made considering they just opened 2 weeks ago and the young man was still training 2 other teens.

After tax and (for some reason) tip, $19.50 for an average tasting smallish milkshake with some box cake on top. You can tell the glasses are specifically designed to hold a small amount while looking 'big' on top. It wasn't awful but we did feel a little silly at the cost afterwards.

Horrible experience do not go here if you have any food allergies or dietary requirements. I reiterated multiple times about my severe dairy allergy and requested their vegan vanilla shake/ vegan toppings. Staff seemed like they didn’t understand but assured me it wasn’t dairy. Tasted the shake and it was of course.. dairy. This caused me to get extremely ill. I am very disappointed because I am on vacation and will now be sick for the rest of it. Wish I could give zero stars or ensure further staff education for people with actual allergies.
