It’s nice that there’s ramen in Doral BUT the ramen seriously lacks flavor, the pork belly was also dry. Not worth $25 for the ramen only and tip.
First time here and my girlfriend almost choked in this piece of plastic in the noodles . I tried calling the phone numbers on the website and no one answered.
Avoid the ramen at all costs, no flavor at all and more expensive than it should be. Bao buns were chewy and seemed to be warmed up in a microwave
The noodles and presentation were good. Both the $22 Chasu Ramen and the $12 Gyoza we're just above lukewarm. The $28 Shrimp Ramen ordered first took way longer than everything else and the broth was not as expected from the description. The music was dangerously loud until we found a table outside. We woke up bloated with salt
Best Ramen place ever!!!!today I tried the Spicy chicken ramen and was fabulous, I was kind of scare because I thought it was gonna be super spicy but after tasting it It was more a explosion of flavors. Thanks to Chris and all In Ramen crew you made my day! <3
Felt like I was in home, All staff is super friendly and fun.The Chasu Ramen and goysas were amazing thanks Irving for all the recommendation you just got a new regular customer-UwU
Got there because someone recommended me going to the Shoma Bazaar, attention was good Caesar run me the whole menu and explain everything, Chris told me to get the Chasu and it was great, thick tonkatsu broth and decent slices of pork belly, I really liked the flavor and got some Baos to eat as well, a little expensive but they were great as well. I'll definitely will come again to try a different ramen soon. Highly recommended.
You pay for what you get and at InRamen you get exactly that! Fresh ingredients made with alot of love and luster. I had the pleasure to watch Chris make my Ramen noodles fresh and the 20 min wait was absolutely worth it. The broth with the veggies just hit the spot. I ordered the Charsu Ramen and yes it was a bit pricey but like I mentioned worth it. I will highly recommend this place. Thank you to Irwin, Chris and Jamel for your hospitality. ?
Best Ramen in Doral!Cesar was very courteous and helped me choose this excellent dish today Beef Short -Rib Ramen
First time visiting Shoma Bazaar, love the whole vibe of the place. Especially the food and good service of “In Ramen”. Cesar patiently explained the whole menu and his recommendations were perfect. Compliment to the Chef Chris. We order the Mushroom Ramen with extra egg, and the trio “Bao Bun Lovrer”. We fall in love…

Highly recommend the beef short rib ramen! Absolutely delicious and Cesar was so helpful on explaining the menu. 10/10
Ramen was good, the pork belly bao is a must and the parmesan crusted gyozas were my fave, I'll def recommend that thanks to cesar for helping me out everytime i have been here
The in Ramen is the best Ramen in Doral area. I love their amazing great flavor! Always a must
The food was delicious and fresh. Ceasar was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend the Tom Yum shrimp ramen. Also the custard bao was delicious.
What a big disappointment. We had the short rib bao and pork belly bao to try out this place. Short rib bao comes with the bone and the pork belly comes with the fat. Apart from that, definitely overpriced for what it is. Definitely not recommending or coming back
