First time trying the famous Jersey Mike’s Subs and definitely did not disappoint! Sorry Subway I will no longer buy from your store’s after trying these beauties!I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak with no Onions and no Peppers and in substitution I changed for Mushrooms. It was made to perfection!Definitely will be coming back! So many other great options to choose from!Highly recommended!

I incorrectly placed an order to the wrong location. I spoke to Fransisco and he advised that I would be refunded. It has been over 2 weeks and have not received it.

We placed an order online and when I got there to pick it up they told me that the order wasn’t ready. I asked for an ETA, they said around 10 minutes. I understood, they had a big line of customers… so I went next door to Panda Express to order for myself and another coworker. It took around 12 to 15 minutes to make the line, order and paid. After that I went back to Jersey Mike’s, asked if my order was ready, they said no… I waited and waited. It was around 30 minutes until the order was ready. The customer service was really bad, they never acknowledged me again, didn’t care if I was waiting for too long. Long story short, one of the worst fast food experiences that I’ve had in my life. They don’t care if you ordered online, I’d rather make the damn line and probably get my food faster. ??????????

Perhaps it was cleaned just before I used it but the bathroom seemed very clean! The food tasted fresh as well. Nothing fancy but good still.
Kid-friendliness: The kids meal is a good value. You get a small sandwich with whatever toppings, cookie, and drink for about the price of one adult small sandwich.
