Delicious! I ordered two sandwiches for take out unfortunately I didn't receive correct size for one but I called and 10/10 customer service super nice and helpful, great store and team!

Every other time I come here they get my order completely wrong. Basically feels like they’re stealing my money

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Doral. Love the cheesesteaks

Do not go here for lunch during the week. They cannot handle the capacity or don’t have enough people working. I ordered ahead on the phone, they told me it will be ready when I get there. Obviously I wouldn’t expect it to be ready that fast because I was on my way. They give me one sandwhich and the second one which was a hot one they don’t give me until after standing there 25 minutes. So I will never be returning to this location. And In general in the future I will just get fire house subs for lunch. I also hate that I tip on the ipad and this happens. If I had a way to get my $3 back that I tipped, I would. Also the parking is almost impossible

I've been to another Jersey Mike's here in Doral in the past and it was a really bad experience. What a complete difference this place is to my prior experience. I watched the cook make my delicious Famous Cheesesteak Sandwich and it was fresh and delicious. I clearly remember the cashier asking me if I had a registration with the restaurant and I said no but honestly if they keep cooking this good that sandwich I'm going to be going more often and sign up right away. Kudos to you guys! I went went at like 8pm and was shocked to get such a delicious and fresh philly cheesesteak sandwich..please never lower your quality and you guys are greatly appreciated. Restaurant is super clean by the way, and at a great location

Went in to pick up my order. They failed to acknowledge me, and after waiting 5 minutes the 3 desperate employees went to rush to help a female that just walked in. I had to forget about my order. 6/5/24 12:15pm

Even though the schedule says open till 9, I went at 8:30 and they were packing up and told me they could take take my order. You might want to update your schedule or have a tough conversation with your general manager.

First time trying this location specifically and it was amazing. Every one was super attentive and helpful, the sandwich was amazing, everyone behind the counter did their job and did it perfectly. I’ve never felt so safe in a sandwich shop. Shout out to the fellas who were working today, absolutely amazing experience.
