Very clean location. But the staff here is what makes this location outstanding. Carlos and Claudia were very attentive and sweet! They made a great sandwich but were also very attentive in answering our questions and had an extremely welcoming demeanor.

They Used to be fast when it comes to delivery. They now average 35-45 minutes. They still make a solid sandwich. Update: today’s delivery took over 45 minutes. Done with this place.

I like the quality of the food, but the service is terrible. They don't serve you the sandwich, throw it on the counter, or even bother to put it in the paper bag and put napkins; if you serve the paper bag and take the napkins to self-pack, they roll their eyes.
This happens to me sometimes in this location. Today I don't know the name of the lady who made my sandwich, but it was around 01:50 p.m.
No frills for sure. I'd had never been to Jimmy Jones before. I didn't know what to order. I asked the guy for something he just said we don't do that. Just an FYI they don't toast it for you. It's cool just $9 for a cold as sub. Honestly, publix has better taste and service. Also, you can get it toasted!

They are training new employees in this location. They have a couple of folks that are veterans. That are supposed to be keeping an eye on the new employees but they are taking their sweet time by having conversations with one another. Instead of paying attention to the new employee.Who's practically going back-and-forth with them to ask them if what they're doing is correct. I understand that sometimes you have to let an employees do their thing to get him used to the environment. But when someone's a complete amateur you kind of have to hover above them. Until they can get the hang of it.I had a very depressing sandwich unfortunately, because of the lack of attention from the veteran employees.
