Great food, staff is nice, but in my last visit, as I was walking out, I said thank you to the staff and one of them said something along the lines of “I’d prefer a tip, but that’s okay”. FYI, i did tip, that’s just a weird thing to say out loud.

Very bad experience at this place. In the counter they wouldn’t explain anything to me. Was my first time going to jimmy John’s and they treated my like I was dumb for not knowing. The soda machines are broken, I tried Fanta, sprite, coke, nothing would taste like the soda. Now I’m feeling bad I believe the Fanta that I got only had flavoring syrup, no water. Definitely don’t recommend it.
