I don’t understand the high rating this place has.The burger is bland. Full of grease. It tastes exactly like a frozen burger. You can tell when the patty is not made using fresh beef (otherwise they would’ve asked for the burger term, but that wasn’t the case).The better part was the bacon, which was actually crunchy and cooked to perfection. But it doesn’t really help anything else.Also, I had to basically fight for the fries I never got even tho they were ordered. The waitress had an attitude about it. Listen, if the fries weren’t originally in the order and I’m asking you for the fries just charge them up and bring them over.Anyway… I guess I would’ve done better without the sweet potato fries as they were also mush and bland, and all you could taste was the oil.I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place.

These guys are THE best. When you bite these burgers, you know why they named the place Juicy Burgers, so tasteful and juicy!! If that wasn't enough, today Ashley took my call and offered, along with her manager, outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to make sure I received what I needed even though I made a mistake when I placed my order via Uber Eats. I hope they read this review because they need to know they made my day. Thank you for the hard work and kindness, you guys rock! Can I give this place 10 stars?!!

Seriously craving a burger this past Saturday while out west, I found "Juicy" Burgers on my Yelp mobile app in Downtown Doral. I believe it's one of the fast casual gourmet chains in competition with a few other more established ones. Just to make sure, I like my burgers medium well. Sacrilegious as that might sound, I don't want to hear churrasco moo. However, I do like my eggs runny. I ordered their hangover burger with sweet potato fries. My fault for not noticing that avocado was included - but y'all know my history of that offending item - so I took it out. The patty itself wasn't overly dry, though I augmented it with their perfectly sweet bbq sauce. However, the egg was well done as in not runny. On the other hand, the bacon and fries could have been a little crispier. I think as far as gourmet burger chains, the one with the green star in their logo is still my favorite. As other reviews note, there was a little bit of a wait though that could have been a larger group or that they need more employees.

Went here on a Friday evening for beer and wings. They have a lot of tables inside and outside to sit at. There weren't that many customers at around 5:00pm and the female staff member helped us order. We went with a couple of Corona beers, though they had no slices of lime for them. We also ordered 20 wings, half garlic Parmesan and have mild Buffalo. They didn't charge us extra for the 50/50 order. She gave us a number stand and the beers, and we found a table outside. Now is when the frustration starts. After waiting over 40 minutes, I walked in to inquire about our order. The female staff apologized that she was busy taking orders at the desk, instead of bringing out our wings that were just sitting there in front of the grill area. 5 minutes later a guy comes out and delivers our wings to the wrong table, even though our table had a number stand on it. We had to tell him, "that's our order!". The wings were cold, and soggy, and as a result, tasted awful. Barely edible. We talked to the female staff member and she apologized profusely for not giving us our order, again explaining she had to take orders while people walked in. I'm surprised the owner expects a single person at the front counter to also deliver orders. It's also shocking that none of the 3 men behind the grill, with our wing order sitting right in front of them, for obviously over 20 minutes, had no care in the world. What a place.

This a great place to eat a delicious burger. It was over my expectations. You can even ask “yuca frita” with it. My hb and I love burgers and this place is very good. The attention is A+, the girl on the front was very nice and even the cookers.

The food was a solid 4 stars but the service..... FANTASTIC. Ashley helped me & when I say she was utterly amazing I mean it. It was my moms birthday & she was so sweet to her even though she didn't have to be. This was the first place we stopped on our trip & it definitely set the tone!! Highly recommend!!

This place is by far the best for burgers in Doral. I live in Pembroke Pines and will take the 20 min drive just for their veggie burger and fixings. Ashley took extremely good care of us from the time we walked up to the time we left. Her professionalism and customer service were extraordinary. We will definitely be back.

Pro: the food is delicious, especially the perfectly crispy fries.Cons: Worst service and management. The food takes long to be prepared. Multiple times forgetting to give fries or juice for my kid. The online order through the app is broken. I have made multiple orders and the restaurant never received the order. After speaking with the manager, no changes were made months later. The manager did offer a free meal and apologies but never received the complimentary meal. Also he never answered my calls afterwards. The staff makes excuses and apologizes with no changes.The food was given cold a few times. Some of the staff is very rude and not welcoming at all. The place has a full staff that just sit and do nothing and still manage to forget to prepare a full order which is unacceptable.The restaurant has an amazing potential but only if the management will change. After many tries and fails, had to make a hard decision to not visit this location of juicy burgers. Hopefully other locations are much better.
