Tried for the first time today and I appreciate the cleanliness, but it’s not as customizable as you assume with the full salad bar on display.
I came with a friend who was served promptly. The employees then proceeded to clear their pick up orders before taking mine -we were the only two clients in the restaurant at the time. Again at the register the employee was not paying attention that there was still a client standing there. Still zoned out, she looks at me confused when I ask for a plate for my dine-in wrap.
I ordered the combo, with chips and a drink. I picked out my chips and handed a 6oz cup for water. They proceed to explain that they cannot offer me a fountain drink with the combo, only cans -but no one asked what I wanted or offered to correct the problem.
2/10 -The food is edible, service is atrocious.

The food is pretty good, The prices are a little expensive for the amount of food you get. The staff isn’t welcoming at all, they all seem like high schoolers with no direction. It seems they have a high turnover rate so nobody knows what’s going on, no sense of direction. I’ve stopped coming here because the quality or care varies on who makes your salad.
