Doral location was a let down. Arrived at 10 am on a Saturday and there were more empty trays than trays with pastries. Only two ham croquettes in a tray. Customers in front of us asked for pan de bono and they were told they had to wait 15 min. Owner should train staff to stock up on time. Not what you expect in any Cuban bakery in Miami.

Karla bakery is my new favorite Cuban restaurant in Miami, the media niche sandwich was absolutely delicious and the colada was the best I’ve ever had, definitely coming back here in the future! Highly
