We came for the first time to enjoy some cachapas we also got some chicharron, mango and passion fruit juice. Everything was phenomenal, from the moment we walked through the door the service was excellent!
The cachapa here is a must to try. Tasted super authentic. The cheese pull was real. I’ve tried many cachapas in Doral but this one for sure taste like a Venezuelan grandma made it.
The people, the food, and the overall atmosphere were great! The man at the flattop was respectful and helpful, and both the cashier and the runner were excellent. Most importantly, the food was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and prepared just right. The corn especially stood out: sweet and tender, exactly how it should be.
