On Sunday, December 8, 2024, at about 5:40 PM I went by restaurants number E 320131. Located at 10725 NW. 41th. Street I placed an order for eight chicken for the grill and four regular when I got home to order I placed was not what I received I called the store multiple times and got no answer. CEO and Management, you need to do something better about your staffs this is making KFC looking bad. I was just a visitor going on my vacation cruise. 🤬👎

I asked the lady at the desk and she said she doesn’t know how long it would take to be ready. Manager actually very kind but the cashier rude and making faces.

I regularly consume on Sundays at this takeaway service establishment. Today I had a bad service experience since the cashier was making fun of me for a request I requested. Her coworker told her that I was looking at her and she arrogantly said that she wasn't interested.
