I recently visited this KFC location and ordered the hot & spicy wings — what a complete letdown. The wings I received were ice cold, dry, and clearly not fresh. They had likely been sitting out for far too long, which not only ruins the taste but also raises serious concerns about food safety.
As someone with a digestive illness, this is more than just a quality issue — it’s a health risk. I am more than willing to wait a few extra minutes for food to be made fresh, but instead, I was served wings that seemed like they had been under a heat lamp (or worse, just sitting out) well past any acceptable holding time.
I would really like to know what procedures this location has in place regarding how long food is allowed to sit out before it’s no longer served. This experience was unacceptable, and frankly, quite concerning.
I hope to hear back from KFC directly with some acknowledgment of this issue and what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again. I really hate to escalate this further. Customers deserve better — especially those with medical dietary sensitivities.

On Sunday, December 8, 2024, at about 5:40 PM I went by restaurants number E 320131. Located at 10725 NW. 41th. Street I placed an order for eight chicken for the grill and four regular when I got home to order I placed was not what I received I called the store multiple times and got no answer. CEO and Management, you need to do something better about your staffs this is making KFC looking bad. I was just a visitor going on my vacation cruise. 🤬👎
