The welcome was not that Great. We were a Party of Nine. The food order took a while to bring it to the table, an additional a mistake was made with the lamb ribs they cook the wrong ribs. So I had to wait longer to eat my lamb ribs while my family members were done eating I was starting to eat. I also notice on my receipt a 20% service charge and to be quite frankly the service was not that great also we were remind two times that we had the reservations until 9:00 p.m. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone going out to eat should not have a time limit specially when my receipt was $705.00 dollars.

Amazing experience at Kuba Cabana! The food, the atmosphere, and the music were all fantastic, but what truly made our visit unforgettable was the outstanding service from Gabitiki. From the moment we arrived, Gabitiki was friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome and taken care of the entire time. The recommendations were spot on, drinks were always perfect, and the service was fast without ever feeling rushed. This level of customer service really elevates the whole experience. I highly recommend Kuba Cabana, and if you go, make sure Gabitiki is taking care of you!

A friend and I stopped by for the first time and left disappointed. We briefly went inside to look around (no one greeted us), then chose to sit outside since it was a beautiful evening and the patio looked inviting. Before sitting down, my friend confirmed with the hostess that it was okay for us to sit there, and she said it was fine.
We sat outside for 30 to 45 minutes catching up and were never acknowledged. No hello, no water, no offer of drinks or food. Nothing. Being ignored for that long makes guests feel unwelcome.
BASIC hospitality was completely missing. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place based on the lack of customer service.

I was there on a Saturday and After expending more than $300 in their terrace we wanted to move inside the restaurant but they wanted me to pay $25 for each person in my party to be able to get inside, a total ripe off, will never come back here

Nice and energetic restaurant with sophisticate cuban influences! Service was outstanding, we had the pleasure to have Lazaro taking care of us, he was not only providing an amazing five start service, but also he gave us his curated food recommendations. Live Music by Pompa was perfectly on point along the sounds of DJRA and Otto DJ. Food presentation, quality and flavor was world class on the hands of Chef Mas who did an amazing job. Overall a great team at this location will make your experience unforgettable.

She’s absolutely amazing — friendly, fast, and makes every drink perfectly. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great time.
