Food is good, HOWEVERY, BIG HOWEVER, this guy (owner) charges 22% obligatory "service charge" to your bill. In other words, TIP is not discretionary, it is mandatory. WHY you ask? Well this way he can pay his employees out of his pocket minimum wage ($7.98, or probably less because he is clearly unethical) guaranteeing them a good hourly rate paid entirely by forcing clients to pay his waiters and waitresses 22% fee. Shame on you because i have restaurants myself, 4 for that matter, and TIP in entirely voluntary and based on the level of service you provide. I would love to see how you would explain this to the department of labor when they audit you.
Silvia was amazing! She was very patient and helped us choose the best plates! Second time here and we will definitely be back!

fui a comer a este restaurante y de verdad dista muchísimo de lo que ofertan en internet. La comida fue muy mala al extremo que la muchacha que nos atendió nos dijo que para pedir el risottos con filete migñon teníamos que pedir dos porque sino no se podía para uno y para colmo cuando nos lo trajeron parecía más bien fajitas porque la carne migñon es bien suave y está no era así. Después cuando pedimos la cuenta pues le digo de pagar cash y me dice q puedo hacerlo pero que ellos no tienen caja pues no tiene vuelto así que tienes que llevar tu dinero adecuado. La verdad que fue un error ir a este restaurante a comer. Y no lo recomiendo a nadie. Yo creo que con esa respuesta no se resuelven los problemas de su negocio porque además hubo otros problemas en nuestra visita que creo usted como propietario debe tomar en consideración y analizar porque creo que no pueden pasar.
Increasing prices dramatically, reducing the size of the portions and.........They will not provide customers with regular water. Only paid bottled water even if you get wine or sodas....No water on the house period!

I had my baby Shower event here and was incredible. About 25 people and everyone was extremely happy with the service and the food. I personally think is reasonable price for the amount of food and how good it is. The manager Sandra is amazingly helpful and take care of every single detail and The waitress were really nice and professional. I truly recommend it. The the place is really clean and love the decorations,Especially outside. Definitely go back with my family for dinner. Thanks so much
Went for dinner once and food was good although overpriced. I asked for water and they brought a large bottle of imported water. They opened it before I noticed therefore I didn’t say anything. About a month later went for lunch. Asked for water and again was brought a bottle this time I stopped them, asked for tap water and was advised they do not serve tap water as their restaurant policy. Therefore forcing you to purchase a water bottle or any other drink. I feel this is taking advantage of the customer and will not be going back.

My mother and I decide to call that morning to see if we can come in earlier, they don’t respond but we assume Saturday morning they must be busy. We pull up at 10am and they are completely closed- lights off door locked. Every single site online says they’re open (maps/websites) and I even have a reservation. I did not even receive a call apologizing or explaining why they were closed. Do better, never coming here and would highly recommend people steer clear or this place.

Horrible because open table let me do a reservation charge me $30 to hold the reservation and the place was not even open , I was so mad, the schedules are not updated what the hell.!?!!?And I was embarrassed with my party of 6. Totally unacceptable.

Worst breakfast ever! Came for Mother’s Day and we waited over an hour for our food. The food presentation is 100% but the taste is mediocre at best and its super expensive.My omelette was dry and brown on the outside, inside they didn’t put all the topping, it was uncooked and had a slice of Kraft sandwich cheese on it. My moms pancakes were gunk of crumble falling apart. Not to mention they charged me $30 for an omelette!!!! Just go anywhere else. What a disappointment.
Walking into the restaurant at 8:00 pm on a Saturday night it was empty. I ordered Carpaccio of Pesce and it was spoiled. Turned it back. Service was very slow with only 4 people in the restaurant. I had to request to waitress to put in my order for dinner plates. Thankfully, the dinner plates were tasty. Dessert delicious had chocolate soufflé.
I was extremely disappointed with this pick as it seemed so promising.We went on Mother's Day, and we expected there to be some issues because it's a busy day and we completely understand that.HOWEVER, that doesn't account for bad customer service or everything else that happened to us.They were actually surprisingly well staffed and they were not completely booked.They sat us outside,though we booked an inside table, but hey things happen,they just wanting to sit us.Right off the bat, the waitress was extremely rude to my mother in law. She asked for American coffee, which they brought black as per usual, but they didn't bring cream or sugar.When my mother in law asked, they brought her sugar but said “oh we don't have cream here”.This surprised us a bit as most people don't drink American coffee black.The waitress said she could bring us milk, but my mother in law cannot drink milk. Instead of apologizing and leaving it at that (which is what my mil had decided cause it is what it is) the waitress then says “well what do you think cream is”.Uhhh, first of all it's not whole milk and second of all what was with the attitude?! But again, we aren't complainers so we just have each other a look when she walked away and left it at that. We order our food and I asked for a change to my order (again which I understand may not be completed due to the busy day) but the waitress was again rude and started spouting off that I didn't know what I was ordering.She later realized she was wrong but still didn't apologize and just stuck her nose up in the air.Anyway, I didn't complain that I couldn't have my small change and continued to order. Now, we sat down at 10:35am...it was almost 1pm when we got our food!Almost 2 hours!And that's after we finally said enough is enough and began complaining. And the worst part, you ask? THE FOOD WAS COLD AND THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY SONS FOOD! Manager did discount us 50% but it was not worth it. She screamed at the waitress-very unprofessional
