Nice community. But the security and the association that run that place are really rude. They don't speak any English. It is hard to communicate with them. The place feels like a prison. Guest have only a window between 9PM-11pm to get permits for parking if not you will be towed. Example: if you have a fiance like my self and they come visit you and you go out to dinner in 1 car before 8PM you need to revolve you life and all your plans to come back to Las Brisas in the 9-11PM window get a permit (because they wont give it to you b4 or after) and then go back out again. its ridiculous. I would of never have purchased this overly priced house knowing it was run like a prison with visitation hours. It is no way to live! I've been here 2 years and its gotten worse and worse.

They have these 2 bedroom townhouses and I assume most families have at least 2 cars. But you are only going to be able to find parking for one car. And if you come back home after 6, forget it. One time we had guests over at night so we let them park in our assigned parking and my husband found parking so far away it took him 10 mins to walk back to the house. If I knew about this problem before I guarantee I would not have rented this place. The security are also very strict, and some only speak Spanish so it's sometimes hard to communicate. I don't understand how you can have so little parking for so many homes. It's not fair to the people living here. It's just not well thought out.
