We had Lime in Doral cater our Cinco de Mayo event, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating while placing the order, and the staff on-site made the pickup smooth and easy. A special shoutout to Jason, who went above and beyond by resending me the receipt two weeks later after I lost the original—truly appreciated! The food was fresh, delicious, and a huge hit with everyone. Highly recommend for both the service and the quality!

I ordered a queso burrito with chicken on the side. I got a queso burrito with chicken inside the burrito. When I asked for a remedy to the situation because I had picked up this order and bitten into a burrito with chicken in it (I am a vegetarian and I get the chicken for my dog). The store told me I could get free burrito tomorrow (thanksgiving). What bullshit. I spent $12 to not eat dinner and learn to never come back

All meat was refrigerator cold in spots and room temperature at best.
Chicken breast was tasteless and texture of a worn leather belt.
Steak was nearly tasteless with texture of a car tire.
