Best fried fish and garlic shrimp I’ve had in a long time. Excellent service, feels very Mom&Popish. The server was attentive and the manager passed by and made sure everything was ok. We went for Mother’s Day lunch and we got free sangria, which was a plus ;)

I was having my manicure done at an establishment in Doral, I always go there every two weeks and the owners always get the empanadas from this Restaurant. I always get the carne desmechada, today I got the empanada cazon that has fish. The moment I took a bite I went straight to the bathroom to throw up. The smell was so strong that I couldn’t contain myself. That’s not the worst part of the story, The owner of the establishment where I was having the service done call the owner of Los Roques to give him my complaint After he smelled the empanadas And understood why I reacted the way I reacted. You could smell how rancid the fish was. The owner of Los roque blamed me of having the flu or being sick and that’s why I reacted the way I reacted, and he also told the owner of the establishment where I was that he’s always giving issues, saying that he’s always giving different types of complaints, even though he asked to speak to the owner of the restaurant as a friend to tell him to take out the fish empanadas so nobody else would get sick. The owner of the restaurant got so offended, even though his friend was literally trying to help him out. To be honest, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody specially after the type of way the owner reacted I am so disappointed, even though their other empanada was really good.

They overcharged me and gave me a stupid justification

Today I bought a matchbox, it caught my attention because the menu said 15.99 and when they charged me it was 21 (plus tip of course) when I ask the man he says it's because the menu changed and they haven't received it... but if I have a menu I should charge based on that I think...
I let it go...
But the truth is that the matchbox disappointed me, nothing like the last time I ate it, apart from that I found a piece of white plastic bag in the soup 😖
The truth is that it disappointed me! After this experience I will not return!

I ate a delicious fried snapper, I would have liked the salad separate from the plate and the cabbage smaller. A suggestion. So that the fish does not get wet with the salad.

The empanadas were very delicious but I waited 45 minutes for some empanadas and they had told me 15, I think they should improve that.

They are price gougers. They charge $3.99 to put Parmesan cheese on a pasta, they don't tell you that you pay for it and they don't show you the bill but rather they arrive with the device to charge you all at once. They are abusers and the waitresses didn't solve anything for me.

Very bad service. The man serving was very rude and pedantic.

The chicken empanadas tasted fishy.

Terrible service, Mr. “Rafa” needs to learn more about customer service! Typical Venezuelan place, good food but the worst service.

The empanadas are tiny, they take too long to make and deliver and they don't give you sauce to eat them if you order them to go! The ones at Pa' Que Tiby are better, they are bigger, more filling, they give you sauce to take away and for the same price and the flavor is unmatched! And apparently I'm not the only one who leaves a bad review, instead of fighting with people because they leave you a bad review, you should improve the attention and service 😉

Bad attention except the young woman who brings your food to the table, the owner serves you with a bitter dog's car as if the visitors have a problem with this man, whoever goes one day you never go back with that treatment, there are millions of places in Miami where you can go sit and be well served, even if the empanadas are hard and cold like the ones they sell in this place, I don't recommend it, it's better to just walk by and run away.

The food was not bad, Maria's attention was good, what I can't believe is that they deny you 2 fingers of a match for a girl, when they serve it as a courtesy... We probably won't return.

I see that they are not well informed or the waitress did not understand my request, because if I had ordered a soup that only cost $4.50, she would NOT have returned it. The request was half of the complimentary container (which costs nothing, when most likely there will be leftovers and they will throw it away). But hey, everyone manages their business how they see fit, that's my opinion. Greetings
