When in Doral you need to stop by and check this place out. The food is great and portions are large so dont over order lol. Great food great vibe. The chicken Quesadilla and mixed churrasco and chicken salad are awesome

Terrible experience. Worst of all it was an order to go. I ordered the maicitos mixtos and 2 sodas. My food sat there who knows how long but I waited for them to text me about 45 min and decided to ask...it was just sitting there getting cold. When I got home the food was not that great it was soggy and I was missing the 2 extra sauces I requested at the beginning of my order. Will probably never order from here again. The cashier was Terrible. 0 customer service skills. Not nice at all.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this fast-food Colombian restaurant for years—it’s always been my go-to spot for a late-night meal. Tonight, on a Tuesday, I stopped by with a friend after a workout. The place was mostly empty, with only about four tables occupied. As my friend finished eating, I leaned back in the booth to relax and listen. Suddenly, a staff member came over and told me to sit up, saying that management was watching the cameras and that people were complaining. I was surprised— it was late, I was tired, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. The interaction felt completely unnecessary and, frankly, like the staff member was projecting his own frustration onto me.
It was an unpleasant and disappointing experience in a place I’ve supported and loved for so long. I hope management takes a moment to reflect on how they treat loyal customers moving forward.

Foods pretty good and staff is pretty friendly , but some of their policies are super annoying. I can understand their annoying fraud prevention and I work around it. Would hate for them to lose money on charge backs. But their sauce policies? I have ordered extra sauce over the phone over ten times in the last year. I get there and my order is packaged up all nicely... no extra sauce, though! I have to ask again and confirm again that I'm okay with an extra charge. Do they do it because they think I'll contest the addendum when I arrive to get my order or something?

Excellent service! When we arrived they greeted us with a smile, super explanatory with the menu. The food came pretty quickly too. David our server was very friendly and gave us good suggestions about our dishes. I would return without thinking, all the food was very delicious and quite generous dishes! 10/10
